  实施及实验方案
  
  1.研究对象组:拟选取2012年10月-2014年2月在我院肝病科明确诊断为肝炎后肝硬化的男性住院患者35例,按照Child-Pugh分级定为代偿性肝硬化(Child-PughA级),失代偿性肝硬化(Child-PughB、C级),所选病例均排除肾脏、内分泌系统疾病。
  
  所选病例均符合2000年中华医学会西安会议制定的病毒性肝炎防治方案的诊断标准。
  
  2.对照观察组:选取2012年10月-2014年2月于我院门诊进行体检的普通男性健康人群数量30名,所选人群均排除肝病、肾脏疾病及内分泌系统疾病。
  
  1.2应用方法
  
  1.2.1.应用美国雅培制药有限公司生产的试剂经放免法检测研究组与对照组的血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)及降钙素(CT)并与正常临床参考值进行比照。应用日本东芝全自动生化仪检测血清Ca2+及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)并记录检测结果。
  
  1.2.2.血样采集及进行bmp-2的检测:取研究对象组和对照观察组清晨空腹静脉血,肝素抗凝,分离血清,加入抑肽酶防止蛋白降解,置于-80℃冷冻保存。bmp-2的检测采用酶联免疫吸附实验(enzyme-linkedimmunoadsordentassay,elisa),试剂盒由深圳精美生物制品有限公司代理,具体操作严格按照说明书。
  
  1.2.3.应用QCT骨密度测量仪检测研究组与对照组的左侧桡骨下1/3处骨密度值进行比照。
  
  1.3统计方法
  
  数据用`x±s表示,组间比较采用t检验,p<0.05有统计学意义
