中 文 摘 要
本文以创新以为题,揭示了创新对于社会的重要,继而更深层地解释了音乐教育对于培养创新能力的作用。
创新是一个民族的灵魂,创新是人类发展的不竭动力,创新是人类智慧的结晶,创新是一个团队凝聚力与创造力的具体表现,创新是对精华的萃取,创新是对糟粕的摒弃,创新是对传统的继承与发扬,创新是对陈规的抨击,创新是不断进取,创新是勇于开拓,创新是新世纪发展的口号,创新是新世纪腾飞的力翼。在我国音乐教育体系中创新的缺失是非常严重的,学生似乎秉承了一个观念--老师怎么教,我们就怎么做。但其实并非如此,教师在教育体系中所承担的角色是引导,而不是标准,但是在中国的教育环境中教师是占有绝对的主导作用的,学生只能是一味的去服从教师的安排,并不能有自己独到的想法或者是建议,这就导致了这种体系下教育出来的孩子都是千篇一律,没有自身的特点,就更别说有创新的想法了。所以笔者认为是时候来提及创新能力培养的这一课题,对中国音乐教育的发展起着至关重要的作用。
研究内容:笔者首先对创新的意义做深刻的理解,创新意味着前进,创新意味着发展,创新意味着改革。把创新对于教育的意义做全面的了解。接着对我国目前的音乐教育体质和现状做充分的研究和分析,对比美国的音乐教育体重做充分的比较,借鉴美国音乐教育中对学生发展有利的教学方法来运用到我国的音乐教学体系中。接着对音乐创新能力培养的作用做深刻探究,只有把创新结合与教育中,教育才会不断的发展和前进。通过对小学音乐课堂内容的调查和研究,探究出如何才能在小学音乐课中开发学生的创新能力。
了解目前我国教育体制中对创新能力培养的缺失,造成对学生创造能力的缺失,千篇一律成为了主体,个性体现不足。正因为音乐被忽视,所以课堂中也没有目标,随意性很大,想上就上,或者给写生写作业。
多数教师根本就认识不到音乐教育是推行素质教育必须的一门课程。其实音乐教育也有标准,它包括的价值取向是:审美体验价值、创造性发展价值、社会交往价值以及文化传承价值。如何掌握音乐教学创新能力培养的方法,以及教师能力的提高和对音乐教育的热爱及重视。分析现阶段小学音乐教学中教师占有主导地位的缺陷,如何让学生作为音乐课中的主体,发挥其主观能动性,真正融入到音乐课本身中去。
研究方法:文献研究法、历史研究法、人物访谈法、音乐本体分析法、实践总结法。

ABSTRACT
By innovation thought topic, this paper reveals the importance ofinnovation for society, and then explains the music more deeply education tocultivate the innovative ability.
Innovation is the soul of a nation, innovation is the driving force ofhuman development, innovation is the crystallization of human wisdom,innovation is the manifestation of a team cohesion and creativity andinnovation is the essence of extraction, innovation is the dregs of slam thedoor, and innovation is to inherit and carry forward the tradition, innovation isthe criticism of stereotypes, innovation is unceasingly enterprising, innovationis brave in exploitation, innovation is the slogan of the development in thenew century, the force of wing innovation is in the new millennium. But it isnot the case, is the role of teachers in education system to guide, rather thanthe standard, but in China the education environment is occupies the absolutedominant role of teachers, students can only be blindly to obey thearrangement of the teacher, and cannot have their own unique ideas orSuggestions, which leads to the system under the education of children is thesame, without its own characteristics, let alone creative idea.So I think it'stime to mention the subject of innovation ability training, the Chinese musiceducation plays an important role in the development.
The research content: the first to make a deep understanding thesignificance of innovation, innovation means to go forward, innovation meansthe development, innovation means reform.The significance of the innovationto education for full understanding.And then to our country the present musiceducation physique and do fully research and analysis of the status, comparethe American music education comparing sufficient weight and draw lessonsfrom American music is good for students' development in the educationteaching methods to used in music teaching system in our country.Then themusic do deeply explore the role of innovation ability training, only combineinnovation and education, education will continuous development andprogress.Through the investigation and study of primary school musicclassroom teaching content, explore how to develop the innovative ability ofstudents in the primary school of music.
Know at present our country education system for the lack of innovationability training, due to the lack of creative ability of students, has become themain body, the same personality reflect.Because music is neglected, so theclassroom has no goal, conceptions, think on top, or to sketchhomework.Most teachers simply do not realize music education is qualityeducation must be a course.In fact, music education also has the standard, itincludes the value orientation is: the value of aesthetic experience, creativedevelopment value, social value and cultural heritage value.How to grasp themusic teaching methods, to cultivate innovation ability and improvingteachers' ability and the music education of love and attention.Analysis ofpresent elementary school music teaching in teachers' dominant defects, howto make the students as the main body in the music class, play to theirsubjective initiative, really into the music itself.
Methods: literature study method, history method, interview method,music ontology analysis, summarize the practice method.
