  摘 要

  随着近些年我国推出了一系列鼓励消费和扩大内需的政策措施,对国民经济的持续发展起到了有效促进作用。然而在吉林省农村家庭消费方面,依旧存在着诸多需要解决的问题。通过对吉林省明城镇居民消费状况的调查分析,总结出农村家庭当前消费特征及其影响因素,同时提出相应的解决办法,从而改变农村家庭的消费理念和消费水平。他具有一定的理论意义和实际意义。理论意义是通过消费社会学的角度,剖析农村家庭消费问题。

  实际意义是通过实际数据的展现和理论的分析,为未来吉林省农村经济发展与消费市场的开拓提供理论基础。同时希望农村家庭能够认识到消费理念上的不足,进而改善消费活动与行为。

  从框架结构来说,本文共分五个章节,第一章是绪论部分,主要讲研究的目的和意义,文献综述和研究的理论依据、可行性与创新性,以及研究的基本概念、方法、思路。第二章是结合明城镇调查研究,总结出明城镇农村家庭消费现状及存在的问题。第三章主要是针对当代农村家庭消费的影响因素进行多角度分析。第四章是通过这次论文,总结出的促进农村家庭消费的建议和措施。第五章是通过分析和研究发现,得出结论:一是制约吉林省农村家庭消费需求的因素存在着多元化的表现,包括体制缺陷、环境影响、历史背景及消费观念等等因素。二是提高农村家庭的消费需求,必须要从改变农村家庭的消费理念入手,避免过度的谨慎消费心理出现。三是重视改善与优化农村消费环境,强化农村基础设施建设,规范市场秩序,加快商品的流通。四是构建完善的农村社会保障体系,采用多方式混合的办法,完成农村合作医疗与养老保险等保障工作。

  相信在国家和党所推广的一系列富农和惠民方针政策前提下,只要农村家庭可以按照市场的发展规律,积极的调整心理上和观念上的消费认知,农村家庭的诸多消费问题会迎刃而解,而后会释放出较大的农村家庭消费力。这样的改变,对吉林省经济的大发展有着积极的推动作用。由此可见,对吉林省农村家庭消费问题进行深度研究,存在着重要的现实意义和深远的历史价值。

  Abstract

  With the country in recent years introduced a series of policies and measures to encourageconsumption and expand domestic demand, for the sustainable development of the nationaleconomy has played an effective role in promoting. However, in Jilin rural householdconsumption, still there are many problems to be solved .Through investigation of Jilin ProvinceMing urban residents consumption situation analysis, summed up rural families the consumptioncharacteristics and its influencing factors, and proposes the corresponding solutions, thuschanging the rural household consumption concept and consumption level. He has sometheoretical and practical significance. Theoretical significance is through the perspective ofconsumer sociology, analysis of rural household consumption issues. The practical significanceis through the actual data's display and the theory analysis, for the future Jilin provincecountryside economy development and the consumption market development to provide thetheoretical foundation. At the same time, it is hoped that the rural family can realize the shortageof consumption concept, then improve the consumption activity and behavior.

  From the structure, this article is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is the introductionpart, mainly about the purpose and significance of the study, literature review and research thetheoretical basis, feasibility and innovation, as well as the basic concepts, methods and ways ofthinking. The second chapter is the research of the towns and towns, and the existing problemsof rural household consumption in Ming town The third chapter is mainly for the contemporaryrural household consumption of the impact factors for a multi angle analysis. The fourth chapteris through this paper, summed up the promotion of rural household consumption and measuresof the proposal. In the fifth chapter, the conclusion is drawn from the analysis and research. First,there are many factors that restrict the rural household consumption in Jilin Province, includinginstitutional defects, environmental impact, historical background and consumption concept andso on Two is to improve the consumption of rural families, we must change from the conceptof rural household consumption, avoid over consumption of the psychological emergence ofexcessive. Three is to pay attention to improve and optimize the rural consumption environment,strengthen the rural infrastructure, standardize the market order, and speed up the circulation ofcommodities. Four is to build a sound system of rural social security, the use of a multi wayhybrid approach to complete the rural cooperative medical and pension insurance and othersecurity work.

  I believe in the country and the party promoted by a series of principles and policies thatbenefit the rich peasants and the premise, as long as rural families can follow the laws of themarket development, consumer awareness and positive adjustment psychological concepts,many rural households consumption will be solved then will release a greater spending power ofrural households. Such a change, for large economic development in Jilin Province has apositive role in promoting. Thus, rural household consumption in Jilin Province-depth research,there are important practical significance and far-reaching historical value.
