摘 要
***同志坚持全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨，心里装着人民群众、时刻想着人民群众、讲话贴近人民群众，把人民群众的根本利益作为党和国家工作的根本出发点和落脚点。他的群众观不是形成于朝夕之间，而是在上山下乡细碎点滴的实践所获得的朴素群众观基础上，经过多年不懈的追求与努力，由浅及深，逐渐丰富升华，形成了自觉的马克思主义群众观。他的群众观具有独特而丰富的内涵，具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。
本文着重研究***同志对中国化马克思主义群众观的发展，首先是对***同志群众观产生的理论基础、现实基础等的研究，进而初步归纳总结出***同志群众观的内涵及其特征。最后，归纳出***群众观的特征及其现实意义。党的十八大以来，以***为总书记的党中央全面践行对人民的承诺，切实担负起对民族和人民的责任，以人民对美好生活的向往作为奋斗目标，在各个领域全面贯彻执行党的群众路线，不断创新党的群众路线的实践形式，拓展党的群众路线的实践空间，极大地丰富了群众路线的理论内涵，为中国特色社会主义人民群众观增添了新理念、新思想、新观点。与党的群众路线丰富发展相融通相匹配的党的群众观点的理论态式愈加丰盈厚重，使中国特色社会主义人民群众观提升到了一个新境界。他的群众观有利于加强党的建设，有助于全面深化改革的实施，有利于中国梦进程的推进。因此，***的群众观具有独特而丰富的内涵，具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。

Abstract
Xi Jinping adhere to the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, andmy heart filled with people, always thinking of the people, speaking close to the people, thefundamental interests of the people as the fundamental starting point and goal of all the workof the Party and the country.
