　　摘要

　　改革开放以来，科学技术日新月异，知识经济快速发展，人们对精神文化的需求越来越高，音乐教育成为人们提升自身艺术素养的主要选择对象。由于普通学校音乐教育的自身局限性，已经不能满足人们对音乐学习的强烈愿望，加上社会音乐教育教学形式的灵活性、多样性和全民性等特点，儿童社会音乐教育应运而生并得到有效发展，成为儿童学习音乐知识，获取音乐技能的主要途径。日照新市区作为日照政府近几年重点发展的城市区域，人们的生活文化水平和精神文化需求都有了很大的进步，各种社会音乐培训机构遍布在新市区的大大小小的街道当中，成为儿童接受社会音乐教育的主要力量。然而在各种社会音乐培训机构发展的同时，也不可避免地出现了一些问题，我们只有正视这些问题，并能够提出对应的改善策略，才能够有效促进当地儿童社会音乐教育的健康发展，促进学校儿童素质教育的实施，并使之在社会生活中发挥越来越重要的地位。

　　本篇论文主要通过对日照新市区儿童社会音乐教育现状的调查研究，对存在问题进行分析，并提出建议。文章共分为4部分。第一章着重从理论方面，对儿童社会音乐教育的相关概念进行分析和界定；第二章笔者主要是对山东省日照市新市区的儿童社会音乐教育目前的发展现状进行调查，并选取日照新市区内具有代表性的四所音乐培训机构设计调查问卷，进行调查研究；第三章通过获得的调查结果进行分析，了解日照新市区儿童社会音乐教育发展中的主要问题；第四章是对日照新市区儿童社会音乐教育发展中存在问题的思考，并提出改进方案。

    Abstract

　　Since the reform and open policy, science and technology, the rapid developmentof knowledge economy, people demand for more and more spirit culture, musiceducation has become the main choice of people object to enhance their own artisticaccomplishment.Because  of the  common school music  education  of their ownlimitations, has been unable to meet the desire of learning music, plus the teachingform  of social music  education flexibility,diversity  and national characteristics,children's social music education emerge as the times require and obtain the effectivedevelopment, learning music knowledge to children, the main way to obtain the musicskills.Xinshi District of Rizhao City regional development as the focussunshine government, people cultural life level and the spiritual andm recentculturalyears,needshave made great progress, all kinds of social music training institutions in the newcity full of large and smallamong  children.However,streets, become the main carrier of social music educationofuPin  a  variety  of  social  music  training  institutionsdevelopment at theto these problems,same time, it also has some problems inevitably, we must faceand to put forward the corresponding improvement strategy,caneffectivelyeducation,promote  the  healthy  development  of  local  children's  socialmusicpromote the main implementation of quality school education for childrenplay a more and more important role in society in life.

　　This paper mainly through the investigation and Study on the sunshine new urbanchildren's  social music  education present situation,  the existing problems  wereanalyzed, and put forward some suggestions.The article is divided into 4 parts.Thefirst chapter mainly from the aspects of theory, analyzes and defines the relatedconcepts of children's social music education;The second chapter mainly surveys thecurrent situation of the development of children's social music education in ShandongProvince, Rizhao New city at present, and select the sunshine new urban area has fourmusic training institutions of representative design questionnaire,investigation andstudy;The  third  chapter  analysed  the  results  obtained  through  investigation,understand the main problems existing in the sunshine of new urban district ofchildren's social music education development; fourth chapter is on the thinking of theproblem  of existence of sunshine new urban children's  social music educationdevelopment, put forward the improvement scheme.
