摘 要
本文在养成教育相关理论的正确认识基础上,借鉴前人的研究成果,运用教育学、心理学及职业教育的相关理论,总结和分析了养成教育对学生未来成长的作用,养成教育在职业教育中的地位,以及在中等职业学校搞好养成教育的可能性。众多专家把养成教育只定性为“行为养成”,养成教育只是儿童教育的内容,这些观点一方面局限了养成教育的内容,另一方面忽视陶行知先生的“生活教育”理论和苏霍姆林斯基的“和谐教育”理论。目前,中等职业学校学生大多处于 12-18 岁的青春期,学生正处在自我同一性和角色混乱冲突的阶段,是社会教育的关键阶段,中等职业学校的学生无疑是这一问题的主要研究对象。文章以样本学校为例,通过调查问卷法,比较分析等多种方法,研究了中等职业学校学生的养成教育现状、问题,从而总结出这些不乐观的教育现状背后的原因,影响养成教育的因素。本文通过对样本学校学生的自觉养德、自主学习情况、自我管理、日常行为和职业能力培养五个方面的内容展开调查后,发现养成教育在中等职业学校普遍不受重视,养成教育的方法和思路不求实效,不切实际,背离了现代职业教育强调学生全面发展的要求,从而提出改善中等职业学校学生养成教育的对策,应该按照职业教育的培养目标,遵循教育发展规律,并紧密结合中职学校学生的实际特点,注重养成教育的系统性和实践性,从家庭、学校、社会等多方面出发,相互配合,才能培养符合社会主义核心价值观,行业职业要求,自主管理,终身学习的合格人才。
文章共分为五章内容:第一章,说明了本课题的研究背景,国内外研究动态,对养成教育的相关概念进行了界定,论述了研究目的和意义。第二章,调查与分析样本职业学校学生养成教育现状。第三章,论述了样本学校的养成教育开展情况。第四章,剖析养成教育的影响因素。第五章,提出改善中等职业学校养成教育的对策。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, a correct understanding of the basis to develop a theory of education,drawing on previous research results, the use of the theory of pedagogy, psychology andvocational education, summarized and analyzed to develop education for the future growth ofthe role of the student, to develop education position in the vocational education and thepossibility to develop education in secondary vocational schools do a good job. Many expertsto develop education only as a “Behaviour”, to develop educational content for childreneducation but, on the one hand limits the content of these ideas to develop education, on theother hand ignore s One “life education” theory and Suhomlinski “harmonious education”theory. Currently, secondary vocational school students 12-18 years of age, mostly inadolescence, students are in the stage of self-identity and role confusion conflict is a criticalstage of social education, secondary vocational school students is undoubtedly the mainobject of study of this issue . Taking the sample schools, for example, a variety of methodsthrough questionnaires, comparative analysis, study the current situation of education insecondary vocational schools to develop students' problem, which summed up the reasonsbehind them are not optimistic about the status of education, to develop educational impactfactors. Based on the sample after school students in Germany to support conscious,self-learning, self-management, everyday behavior and professional capacity building fiveaspects of the investigation, was found to develop education in secondary vocational schoolsgenerally neglected, to develop education methods and ideas do not seek practical andimpractical, a departure from the requirements of modern vocational education emphasizesstudents' overall development, which made improving education in secondary vocationalschool students to develop countermeasures, should follow the training objectives ofvocational education, follow the law of development of education, and in close connectionwith the actual characteristics of students in vocational schools, focusing on education todevelop a systematic and practical, many from the family, school, community, etc., with eachother, in order to develop in line with the socialist core values, industry job requirements,self-management, lifelong learning qualified personnel.
Article is divided into five chapters: the first chapter, describes this research background,research trends, to develop education-related concepts are defined, discussed the purpose andsignificance. The second chapter, investigation and analysis of samples vocational schoolstudents to develop education status. The third chapter discusses the sample schools todevelop educational development situation. Chapter IV, a profound analysis of influencingfactors to develop education. Chapter V proposes to improve education in secondaryvocational schools to develop countermeasures.
