　　摘 要

　　由于传统的毕业设计、毕业实习管理存在效率低、过程跟踪和指导不及时等弊病，许多高校对学生毕业设计及实习指导仍停留在手工管理方式。部分学校采用毕业设计管理系统，但对毕业设计指导仅仅是提供简单的毕业设计选题或者是毕业设计论文的上传与下载功能，存在着许多缺点：效率低下、难以维护、重复劳动量大、指导成本高等等。

　　从目前高校毕业设计、实习管理中存在的问题出发，本文利用 ASP.NET 开发技术、AJAX 等技术开发了一套基于 B/S 结构的网络版毕业设计实习综合实践管理系统。通过对毕业设计、毕业实习管理过程进行分析，为师生设计开发了一个良好的信息交流与管理平台，实现了毕业设计、实习的信息化管理。

　　毕业设计及毕业实习综合管理系统从毕业设计及毕业实习指导教师分配、学生毕业选题审核、划分毕业答辩小组、设置网上答辩、对毕业实习的指导、各种资料的上传与下载、实习周记撰写、周记评阅、毕业设计成绩及实习成绩登记、并对毕业设计（论文）成绩、毕业实习单位、毕业签约单位、各系各部门各教研室毕业设计情况、毕业实习情况等各类数据进行统计汇总、各阶段信息的查询统计与汇总功能可帮助各类用户及时了解当前学生的毕业设计与毕业实习状态，及时制定相关应对措施，对学生的毕业设计及毕业实习指导工作可都在网上进行，大大提高学校的管理质量与效率，实现对毕业设计与实习过程跟踪动态管理，实现管理信息化。

　　For the low efficiency of the traditional graduate design and the graduation practicemanagement, for example the process of tracking and guidance in a timely manner andother ills, many college graduates design and practice guidance remains in the way ofmanual management. Even the already exists system for the graduation designmanagement and graduation design guidance only provide some upload and downloadfunction, there are a number of drawbacks: inefficient, difficult to maintain, the largeamount of duplication of effort, the guide high cost and so on.

　　From the issues of the current design and the internship management, this paperhas developed a comprehensive practice management system based on B / S structure ofthe network version, the set of graduation design internship. Through the analysis forgraduation design, graduation internship management process, this article include thesystem requirements, system architecture design, system user interface design , providea good exchange for information , management platform for teachers and students.

　　毕业设计管理系统是针对现代高校计算机网络的发展，应对以往毕业生毕业设计中遇到的工作效率低，管理性差等问题而采用软件管理的设计思想设计的。本文的基础就是利用ASP.NET技术与SQL数据库的结合，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的毕业设计管理系统。

　　本系统是应用。NET技术实现网络的毕业生毕业设计管理。利用Microsoft VisualStudio.NET工具结合使用SQL Server数据库，ASP.NET、C#、AD0.NET等技术的工作原理及特点，并以此为理论技术实现基于Web的毕业设计管理系统的结构设计和具体的实现过程。让每一个学生都能通过Internet网络完成毕业设计的选题、各类信息查询和实习资料、论文等材料的提交，使得学院和指导老师能够与学生较为方便的传递信息资源。

　　系统的设计幵发遵循ASP.NET的技术规范，使用了 ASP.NET中的多种技术，具有良好的可移植性和高可靠性。系统的投入运行将极大地提高毕业设计管理能力，改善毕业设计管理现状，降低毕业设计管理工作中的开支。

　　Graduation design management system in universities is the development of moderncomputer networks, in order to cope with ever encountered in the design of graduates fromthe low efficiency,Managerial issues such as the management and use software designthought of design. This is the foundation of using asp.net technology and SQL database,develop a Web technology based on B/S structure of graduation design managementsystem.

　　This system is used to.net technology of network management of graduation design,the graduates. Using Microsoft Visual studio.net tools using SQL Server database,asp.net,c #, ado.net technology principle and characteristic of this theory, based on Webtechnology of graduation design, the management system of the structure design andrealization process. Let every student can be completed through the Internet network ofgraduation design topic,all kinds of information query and practice, the paper material etc,it allows students to submit with the college and the instructor is convenient informationresources.

　　System design and development follows asp.net technology norms, using asp.netmany kinds of technology, good portability and high reliability. The system operation willgreatly improve graduation design management ability, improve the management ofgraduation design, reduce the cost management of graduation design work.
