内容摘要：在城市发展的历史长廊中，水是人类的命脉，城市发展的枝枝节节，无论从工业生产到人类生活，还是从经济形态发展、到社会生态环境的建设，都离不开水。水是人类生活的基本因素，从广义建筑学的角度看，城市也是水的组成因子。然而，在当代快速城市化的背景下，水污染问题已经成为了制约城市经济及社会发展的重要因素，水资源保护的研究已迫在眉睫，水区域管理也成为当代社会的一个最大显学。但是，自然界的水资源是有限的，随着人类对水资源需求的不断上升，城市供水发展问题也随之突出。因此，如何有效扭转水环境恶化趋势，使水环境得到保护与改善等问题便成了当今社会共同研究的课题。
近年来，国家市政和各地方人民政府为加大污水治理的投资力度，减少水污染区域的扩张，兴建了几百座污水处理厂。可是，由于长久以来我国的水资源价格体制不健全，导致人们对于城市污水回用概念模糊，对中水回用技术存在理解上的偏差，本文的最大目的和意义在于通过列举国内外污水处理及城市污水环境治理方面的成功案例，引起更多人对水环境的关注和保护，通过回水利用、城市污水的二次开发改善人类环境的可持续发展，将城市环境保护与城市污水处理融入水资源保护学科的相应研究，从根本上做好城市供水安全保障、促进水资源的节约与利用，更大程度地保证水环境的逐步改善，促进社会经济的和谐发展。

Content: In the history of urban development corridor, water is the lifeblood of human,urban development successively surface, no matter from industrial production tohuman life, or from the economy development, the social ecological environmentconstruction, can not leave the water. Water is a basic factor of human life, from theperspective of the generalized architecture of city is also the composition of waterfactor. In modem times, however, under the background of rapid urbanization, waterpollution has become an important factor restricting the development of urbaneconomy and society, the protection of water resources research is imminent, waterarea management has become the contemporary society of the four largest in1980.
But can provide human beings with nature of water resource is limited, but humandemand for water is constantly rising, and the development of the city of the demandfor water is more prominent. Therefore, how to effectively reverse the deterioration ofwater environment, water environment problems such as the protection andimprovement has become common research subject in today's society.
In recent years, the national municipal and local people's government to increaseinvestment in sewage treatment, reducing water pollution area expansion, builthundreds of sewage treatment plant. However, due to the water price system is notsound in China for quite a long time, lead to people for the concept of urbanwastewater reuse, water reuse technology has understanding deviation, the biggestpurpose and significance of this article is from sewage wastewater treatment at homeand abroad and the environmental governance of successful cases, cause moreattention and protection of water environment, through the water utilization, urbansewage secondary development to improve the sustainable development of the humanenvironment, the city environmental protection and urban sewage treatment in waterconservation, the corresponding research basically completes the urban water supplysecurity, promote the conservation and utilization of water resources, more to ensurethat the gradual improvement of water environment, promote the harmoniousdevelopment of social economy.
