　　改革开放以来我国经济社会进入了一个高速发展的新时期。尤其是进入21世纪以来，我国的经济增长速度令全球瞩目，经济社会发展进入了良性的轨道。随着社会的发展，国家强大、百姓安居乐业，呈现出一片欣欣向荣的局面。但是在快速发展的同时，社会也面临着种种问题。尤其是职业道德建设与经济的发展远远不同步。公务员是国家权力的行驶者，在公务员职业道德方面具有示范效应，更需要注意。
　　
　　本文从十八大以来***总书记提出的“中国梦”的论断为出发点，依据理论联系实际的原则，从历史发展和社会现实相结合的角度，探讨在中国梦语境下我国公务员队伍的职业道德建设问题，具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。全文共分为四个部分。一、绪论部分，认为进入21世纪以来我国经济社会取得了很大发展，但是社会道德建设、包括公务员职业道德建设却远远滞后，影响到了经济社会的进一步发展。前人已经注意到了公务员职业道德方面存在的问题并进行了不少研究，但还需要继续深化和细化。二、中国梦的论断和公务员职业道德建设之间有着密切的关系。公务员的职业道德建设对于社会道德建设具有引领和示范的作用，能够带动社会形成良好的风气，对中国梦的实现具有积极的意义。三、客观地分析了在当前党中央提出了中国梦的语境下，我国公务员的职业道德建设取得了一定的成就，但是在中国梦的新要求下，仍然存在着不少问题。四、探讨了我国公务员职业道德建设的对策，从建立健全机制体制、建立监督机制和渠道、利用社会环境的作用、提高和践行职业道德观念等多个角度探讨如何加强我国的公务员职业道德建设。
　　
　　实现中国梦和加强公务员职业道德建设具有不可分割的内在联系。我们应该适应“中国梦”的新要求，正视现实存在的问题，采取正确的对策，不断加强公务员职业道德建设。

　　After  entering  in  twenty-first  Century  China  various  aspects  have  made  greatdevelopment,  especially  in  economic  strength  rapidly  increase,  rising  internationalstatus.  At  the  same  time,  in  the  sixteen  session  of  the  six  plenary  session  of  thecommunique put forward the goal of building a socialist harmonious society. The rapiddevelopment  of  the  economy  and  improve  the  people's  life,  but  also  brought  newproblems and challenges, especially the development of the construction of social publicmorality  and  economy  far  out  of  sync.  Civil  servants  exercise  state  power,  it  has  ademonstration effect in social morality, the need for more attention.
　　
　　This  paper  presents  the  General  Secretary  Xi  Jinping  from  eighteen  since  the“Chinese  dream”  judgment  as  the  starting  point,  according  to  the  principle  of  linkingtheory with practice, from the historical development and the social reality perspective,discussed  in  the  context  of  China's  civil  service  Chinese  dream  team  of  occupationmoral, should be how to. The first chapter is theintroduction, in the introduction part of the background and significance of research wasrevealed, and summarized the previous achievements in social ethics research, and thenpoints out the research contents and research methods of this paper. The second chapterreveals  the  relationship  between  the  Chinese  dream  judgment  and  civil  service  socialmorality  construction.  The  third  chapter  objectively  analyses  the  current  in  the  PartyCentral  Committee  put  forward  the  Chinese  dream  context,  the  status  quo  of  China'scivil  service  occupation  moral  construction,  both  on  the  achievements  of  this  paperpoints  out  the  existing  problems.  The  fourth  chapter  discusses  the  countermeasure  ofcivil  service  social  morality  construction  in  our  country,  how  to  strengthen  theconstruction of social morality of civil servant of our country from the security system,the  social  environment,  supervision,  rewards  and  punishment,  civil  self-cultivation  infour aspects.
