当代社会科技与信息迅速发展,多媒体网络早已成为人们互相交流、沟通、学习的最主要途径之一。随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对抗阻力训练的关注与重视也不断提升,人们越来越能体会到抗阻训练带来的好处。但关于抗阻组合训练方法手段的研究很少,因此设计与制作抗阻组合训练方法手段的多媒体网络课件是时代的要求。
本论文以抗阻组合训练方法手段多媒体网络课件的开发与制作为研究对象,主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、信息研究法和课件编制法的研究方法。对与论文相关的抗阻组合训练方法手段的理论知识、关键动作图片与整体动作视频进行收集、论述、整理、设计、制作、编辑。其中包括了约两万字动作方法理论知识的撰写,几百张照片的拍摄,一百多个动作的完整视频,几十个脚本的编写,将近五十多个子网页的制作、图片、表格的应用。最终完成了一个集教学性、训练性、交互性等于一体的多媒体网络课件,从而得出以下结论:
