禹城市817肉鸡常见疾病流行病学调查及综合防控,兽医硕士论文

　　817肉鸡是用快大型白羽肉鸡的父母代父系公鸡与商品代褐壳蛋鸡杂交制种模式生产的小型肉杂鸡，综合了白羽肉鸡和蛋鸡的生产性能优势，具有生长速度快、肉质好的特点。由于进行817制种的主体主要是商品代蛋鸡场，未进行疾病净化及严格的免疫预防，817肉鸡的蛋传性疾病多且重要疫病的母源抗体不足，使817肉鸡疾病流行日趋复杂，呈现疫病种类多，老病未平，新病又发，混合感染发生普遍，临床症状逐渐非典型化，免疫抑制病日益严重等鲜明特点，这些新特点给817肉鸡的疾病防治带来了巨大挑战。为客观评价禹城市817肉鸡的鸡苗质量，进一步了解817饲养过程中主要传染性疾病的流行状况，以便为疫病防控提供科学依据及防控方案，特开展禹城市817肉鸡常见疫病的流行病学调查及综合防控技术研究。

　　本研究通过病原学、血清学和病理学检测方法，对2019-2020年禹城市56家817规模化肉鸡场禽流感、新城疫、传染性贫血病、鸡白血病、腺病毒病、沙门氏菌病和大肠杆菌病七种主要传染病的流行情况及免疫状态进行了调查分析。调查结果显示，禹城市大多数817肉鸡养殖场对上述病毒病的防控效果较好，但腺病毒和传贫病毒有较高的检出率且多为垂直传染，在1日龄、7日龄和出栏前（40-50日龄）三个不同日龄阶段，腺病毒和传贫病毒的检出率分别为18.07%、17.05%、18.44%和16.47%、14.34%、14.53%。

　　临床发病鸡群的腺病毒和传贫病毒的检出率分别高达55.56%和48.72%，远高于三个不同日龄阶段的样品检出率。细菌病检测结果表明，1日龄、7日龄和出栏前三个不同日龄阶段所收集的样品中大肠杆菌分离率最高，为14.46%、18.95%和20.11%，沙门氏菌的分离率相对较低，为6.02%、5.04%、8.66%，三个日龄段相比，出栏前细菌分离率大于7日龄和1日龄。

　　对7日龄、21日龄和出栏前三个不同日龄阶段的817肉鸡的禽流感（H5Re-11、H7、H9）及新城疫抗体水平的检测结果显示，7日龄母源抗体水平一般都在6~7个滴度，但大约10%的鸡群两病部分抗体水平过高，抗体滴度大于10且离散度较大，预示着这些雏鸡的种鸡群可能有两病发生；21日龄雏鸡禽流感（H9）及新城疫抗体水平一般在4~6个滴度，但约1/4的鸡群抗体水平过低，存在发生两病的风险，禽流感（H5Re-11、H7）母源抗体低于4个滴度；出栏前禽流感（H5Re-11、H7）母源抗体已基本消失，禽流感（H9）及新城疫抗体水平一般在5~6个滴度之间，但部分鸡群抗体水平过低或过高，且离散度较大，这表明鸡群免疫不合格或已有两病发生。

　　基于禹城市817肉鸡流行病学调查及抗体水平的检测结果，结合山东省817鸡场的养殖状况，我们加强了817肉鸡的垂直传染病的检测及质量把控，调整优化了禽流感、新城疫、腺病毒病的免疫程序，加大了大肠杆菌药敏试验的力度并制定了药物防治方案，在示范场推广应用后使养殖水平得到显着提高。

　　该研究进一步丰富了我省817肉鸡流行病学资料，初步摸清了禹城市817肉鸡的常见垂直传染病的流行情况，深刻认识到重要疫病的免疫缺陷及细菌病的危害，所制定的疫病综合防治措施将有助于817肉鸡的疾病有效防控及规范制种，提高养殖水平，保障食品安全。

　　Abstract

　　The 817 broiler is a small meat chicken produced by the parent of the fast-large whitefeather broiler and the product generated. In order toobjectively evaluate the quality of the chicken seedlings of the city of 817 broiler, furtherunderstand the popularity of major infectious diseases in the 817 feeding process, in order toprovide scientific basis and prevention and control programs for disease prevention and control,specializing in the epidemic disease of the city 817 broiler Research on Study andComprehensive Prevention and Control Technology.

　　This study passed the pathogens, serological and pathological testing methods, for 2019-2020, 56 city 817-scale chemical chicken field avian influenza, new city disease, infectiousanemia, chicken, blood disease, adenovirus disease, Salmonella disease and large intestine Theepidemic and immune status of the seven major infectious diseases of bacillus disease wasinvestigated. The survey shows that most of the 817 broiler farms in Yucheng have betterprevention and control of the above virus disease, but the adenovirus and the poor virus have ahigh detection rate and are mostly vertically infected, at 1 day old, 7th The detection rates ofadenovirus and pilot viruses were 18.07%, 17.05%, 18.44%, 14.47%, 14.34%, 14.53%,respectively. The detection rate of adenovirus and poverty viruses of clinical pathogenesis andpilot viruses is as high as 55.56% and 48.72%, far above three different age stages of sampledetection rate. The results of bacterial disease test showed that the Samples collected in thethree different ages and the first three different age stages of 7 days and the previous threedifferent ages were the highest, 14.46%, 18.95% and 20.11%, and the separation rate of Salmonella was relatively low. 　　Based on the 817 broiler epidemiology survey and antibody level test results, combinedwith the aquaculture of the 817 chicken farm in Shandong Province, we have strengthened thedetection and quality of the vertical infectious diseases of 817 broilers, and the adjustmentoptimized bird flu, new city disease , The immunization procedure of adenovirus, increased theeffort of E. coli drug test and the development of a drug prevention plan, and a significantincrease in the culture level was significantly improved after the exemplary field promotion.

　　The study further enriched the 817 broiler epidemiological information in our province,preliminaryly, the common vertical infectious diseases of the city of 817 broilers were deeplyrecognized that the immunodeficiency of important epidemic and the harm of bacterial diseaseswere well developed. Prevention measures will help 817 broilers have effectively preventionand regulate the breeds, improve the level of breeding, and ensure food safety.

　　1、前言

　　1.1 、817肉鸡及存在的主要问题。

　　817肉鸡是用快大型白羽肉鸡的父母代父系公鸡与商品代褐壳蛋鸡杂交的制种模式生产的小型肉杂鸡，综合了白羽肉鸡和蛋鸡的生产性能优势，具有生长速度快、肉质好的特点。当前，随着鸡肉需求量的快速增长，817肉鸡市场广阔，在快速发展的同时，817肉鸡生产中存在的问题越来越引起了人们的重视。据统计，目前我国每年生产的817肉鸡已超过15亿只，其中部分为饲养32天体重1.6斤的小规格肉鸡，大部分为饲养50天左右体重3斤多的大规格肉鸡，禹城市主要饲养大规格肉鸡，故本文所调查研究的817肉鸡多为大规格肉鸡。

　　1.1.1、 817肉鸡缺陷。

　　（1）种源混乱：由于快大型白羽肉鸡的祖代依赖进口，由于AB系公鸡数量较少，不能满足“817”肉鸡的制种需要。因此，有采用父母代母系公鸡做父本的，甚至有的采用商品代公鸡做父本，造成商品代雏鸡质量差，群体均匀度降低等问题。从遗传上讲，父本和母本如果体重差距较大，后代就会出现性状分离，对生产性能影响较大（薛美娟等，2011）。

　　（2）垂直传播性疾病严重流行：绝大多数817肉鸡场对白血病、网状内皮增殖病、传染性贫血、支原体病、沙门氏菌病等垂直传播性疾病均未进行净化。另外，近年来腺病毒、大肠杆菌等蛋传性疾病愈发严重，上述蛋传性疾病大多都是免疫抑制疾病，雏鸡的先天不足，给817肉鸡饲养增加不可预知的风险。

　　（3）进行“817”制种的主体主要是商品代蛋鸡场，一般没有按照种鸡的要求进行免疫和饲养，从而造成禽流感、新城疫、法氏囊病等疫病的母源抗体过低，而导致一些疾病过早发生或免疫防控压力加大，如法氏囊病、禽流感等。

　　1.1.2、养殖结构及方式落后。

　　（1）在817肉鸡饲养比较密集的地区，从事饲养工作的主体多是农户，规模化程度较低，资金、技术缺乏，养殖户往往受兽药经营者或饲料经销商控制，饲养方式相对粗放，养殖条件差，生物安全措施不健全，不注重日常的饲养管理，疫病防控不科学，有病乱吃药，造成饲养效果差，环境污染严重。

　　（2）饲养条件简陋：尽管现代化规模养殖场正在逐渐取代传统的“大棚式”

　　养殖，817肉鸡的“大棚式”或“简易房式”养殖还占有较大的比例，此种鸡舍保温和通风问题难以解决，饲养难度较大，卫生消毒不彻底，容易发生各种疾病（赵河山等，2010）。

　　目前817肉鸡疾病较多，但主要是禽流感（H9N2、H5N6、H7N9）、新城疫、蛋传性疾病、大肠杆菌病等传染性疾病。

　　5.1、病毒病检出率结果表明，2019-2020年禹城市817肉鸡苗的垂直传染性疾病中，以FADV-4的检出率最高，其次为CIA、ALV、NDV和AIV。1日龄弱雏中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌也有较高的分离率。

　　5.2、血清学检测结果表明，禹城市部分817肉鸡养殖场存在免疫程序不合理、免疫效果不佳等问题，疫病诱发因素较多，下一步要改善硬件设施、科学饲养管理和加强生物安全措施。

　　5.3、基于流行病学调查及免疫效果评估，对禹城817肉鸡试验场免疫程序进行了调整优化，制定了细菌性药物防治方案，提高了健康养殖水平，具有一定的示范推广价值。
