摘 要
近年来,随着房地产业的迅猛发展,室内设计行业也如雨后春笋般的快速生长,社会对这个行业的专业人群需求也迎来了大幅度的增加。真正 “会管理、懂设计、熟工艺”的高素质综合性室内设计人才受到了行业的青睐。纵观全国高校,室内设计专业学生的招生规模在不断扩大。在这种状态下,许多高职院校,甚至本科院校都开始纷纷调整专业结构方向,争先开设室内设计专业或具有室内设计特点的专业。也有部分高职院校根据教育部颁布的专业目录来进行室内设计技术专业的开设。
高职教育是一种新型的高等教育模式,它的培养方向主要是为行业培养能够在一线工作的高素质、技能型的综合性人才。我国的高职教育发展步伐较晚,致使高职室内设计专业的发展也相对较缓慢。由于实际教育经验的缺乏,导致高职室内设计专业的人才培养模式还存在许多问题。例如,在实际的人才培养方案上一定程度还是以照搬本科院校的人才培养方案为主,没有真正的体现出普通高教与职业高教的室内设计专业在人才培养方案中的区别。因此,如何培养出能够适应岗位需求的室内设计人才,成为目前高职院校室内设计专业教育急需解决的焦点问题。为了探索出更好地人才培养模式,走出属于高职教育自己的教育之路,目前我国大多数的高职院校,纷纷建立了教学实践和专业技术为一体的各种类型的实践教学工作室,希望能够通过这种教育模式,探索出高职教育自己的教育之路。
高职校企合作工作室教学体系的建立,确实是解决当前我国高职院校室内设计专业人才培养模式与社会需求脱节的一种有效途径。但是,由于这种教学模式是初次实行,没有可借鉴的范例,各个高职院校都没有一个固定的关于这种模式建立后,具体应如何实施和管理的明确方向,大家都是在摸着石头过河。
这就造成目前一些高职院校虽然建立了校企合作工作室的教学模式,但是却仍在沿用之前的教学模式,出现了工作室“空壳”的现象。也有部分高职院校过度的强化工作室教学模式中的“校企合作”,使工作室沦为某家企业的“私人作坊”,学生则沦为企业的免费的劳动力。为了能够充分解决这一难题,本文以高职院校室内设计校企合作工作室为对象,通过运用文献研究、调查研究及个案研究等方法,以项目管理的作为它的切入点,针对它的多个方面进行了探索和研究。
首先,本文针对目前室内设计行业的发展、人才需求趋势与高职院人才培养现状进行了梳理分析。通过深入调查国内外室内设计行业企业的发展,了解到我国目前室内设计行业的发展现状及对人才的需求和人才培养进程中出现的一系列问题。
其次,对于高职室内设计专业实施校企合作工作室这种教育模式的必要性进行了探讨。总结了部分高职院校室内设计专业实施校企合作工作室的教学经验、管理经验以及在运行过程中出现的问题。结合项目管理的分析手法对高职院校室内设计专业实施校企合作工作室的运营模式及教学管理模式进行了探索与实践,并给予一些指导和借鉴性的建议。
最后,在分析高职院校室内设计校企合作工作室教学模式中的问题时,指出高职院校室内设计校企合作工作室良好运行的必要的构成要素,并以LN学院为例,对该学院中的室内设计校企合作工作室的管理模式作了相应的分析和研究 (以下简称为工作室) .

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of the real estate industry, interiordesign industry has been considerable development. The interior design industry hasushered in the substantial growth, demand for interior design of people is increasing.
Truly high quality interior design talent management, understand the design process,ripe “favored by the industry. Throughout the country, interior design majorsenrollment scale is also expanding. In this state of development, many highervocational colleges in our country, even undergraduate colleges began to have toadjust the structure of professional to put, rushed to open professional interior designor have the characteristics of interior design professional. There are some highervocational colleges according to the Ministry of Education issued the professionaldirectory to open the interior design technology. Higher vocational education is withthe social and economic and social development of science and technology to acertain degree and the emergence of a new higher education pattern, the trainingdirection is mainly for the industry to cultivate in the line of work of high-quality,skilled personnel. China's higher vocational education development is late, resultingin the development of interior design specialty in higher vocational colleges isrelatively slow. At the same time, due to the lack of practical experience in education,there are still many problems in the training mode of interior design major of HigherVocational talents. For example, in actual talent culture scheme to some extent or tocopy the undergraduate colleges and universities talent training scheme is givenpriority to, there is no truly reflected a interior design profession in general highereducation and vocational education in talent training scheme, led to the emergence ofinterior design in higher vocational training disjointed with the demand of socialindustry. Therefore, how to conform to the enterprise interior design major in HigherVocational Colleges to cultivate talents development, interior design meet the jobrequirements of enterprises, has become the focus problem in higher vocationalcolleges professional interior design education urgent. In order to explore the bettertalent training mode, out education of higher vocational education belongs to, in ourcountry at present most of the higher vocational colleges, according to the highervocational education personnel training mode of the law and the interior design talentcareer growth pattern, industry and social cooperation, the establishment of industryprofessional atmosphere, teaching practice and professional and technical practiceteaching studio in one of the various types.
The establishment of teaching system of school enterprise cooperation in highervocational colleges is indeed studio, an effective way to solve the current trainingmode and social needs of the talents from the interior design major of HigherVocational Colleges in china. However, because this teaching mode is the firstimplementation, can not learn from examples, each higher vocational colleges are nota fixed on after the establishment of this model, the concrete should be how toimplement and manage a clear direction, everybody is in crossing the river by feelingthe stones. This resulted in currently, some higher vocational colleges whileestablishing the teaching mode of school enterprise cooperation in the studio, but stillit is in use before teaching mode, appeared the phenomenon of studio ”shell“. Thereare some higher vocational colleges to strengthen over the studio teaching mode of”school enterprise cooperation“, the studio became a business ”private workshop“, thestudents will become the enterprise of free labor. In order to fully solve this problem,this paper to indoor design in high vocational college enterprise cooperation studio asthe object, by using the methods of literature research, survey research and casestudies, to project management as the breakthrough point, in view of various aspectsof exploration and research.
First, this paper analyzes the trend of training needs according to the presentsituation of talent development, interior design, interior design industry and talents ofVocational college. Through the investigation of domestic and international interiordesign industry enterprise development, to understand the current development statusof the interior design industry in our country and demand for talent, to grasp the goaland pattern of China's interior design in Higher Vocational Colleges personneltraining, and in personnel training problems existing in the process.
Secondly, the necessity for interior design specialty in higher vocationaleducation the implementation of school enterprise cooperation in studio mode arediscussed. Summary of the implementation of school enterprise cooperation in highervocational colleges professional interior design studio teaching experience, studiomanagement experience and the question which appears in the implementationprocess. Through the discussion, combined with project management methods ofanalysis of interior design major of Higher Vocational Colleges Implementingteaching management model and operation mode of school enterprise cooperationstudio of exploration and practice, and give some guidance and suggestions forreference.
Finally, in the analysis of problems in interior design school enterprisecooperation studio teaching mode in higher vocational colleges, and points out thathigher vocational colleges interior design school enterprise cooperation studio soundoperation of the necessary elements, and in Liaoning Economic Vocational andTechnical College as an example, to the College of indoor design plan of schoolenterprise cooperation studio management mode corresponding analysis and research.
