摘 要
民办高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,随着民办高职毕业生总量的增大,供需矛盾越来越尖锐,就业过程中突显出许多新的问题。提高就业指导水平和促进学生充分就业是每一所民办高职院校所必须重视的问题,学习与借鉴其他院校成功的就业指导经验,对于加强与促进民办高职院校就业指导工作具有重要意义。
本文在绪论部分阐述了其研究目的与意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路与方法等,本文旨在通过分析目前民办高职院校就业指导中所存在的诸多问题及原因,以期可以为改变目前民办高职院校就业指导工作中的不足做有针对性的探讨。
第 2 章主要介绍了民办高职院校就业指导的相关概念和理论基础,重点介绍了 Holland 的职业兴趣理论和 Myers-Briggs 的人格理论。职业兴趣理论将人格及与此相对应的社会职业划分为六种基本类型,并制作了详细的兴趣量表,建立了霍兰德职业兴趣测验;MBTI 人格理论,是一种自我报告的调查,强调职业与性格的吻合。
第 3 章对比分析了美国、加拿大、德国、韩国等国外高校就业指导工作的模式,对其经验进行总结:就业指导工作因势而变,与时俱进;就业指导内容丰富多样;就业指导工作有保障;就业工作信息化程度高。
第 4 章以广州 H 职业学院为例,从问卷调查结果入手,分析其就业指导的现状及提升就业指导工作的举措。广州 H 职业学院办学历史虽不长,但其所取得的成绩在本省同类民办高职院校中名列前茅,以其为例具有典型意义。
第 5 章详细分析了民办高职院校就业指导工作存在的问题和原因,由于民办高职院校就业指导起步较晚、公众对民办高职教育的认识存在偏差、民办高职院校及学生自身的原因,导致出现的问题有:领导的重视程度有待提高;就业指导内容单一;就业指导队伍建设落后,指导水平低;相关设备配套跟不上,学生学习积极性不高;创新创业教育不足。
第 6 章结合前文分析,就我国民办高职大学生就业指导工作提出对策和建议:政府应给予相应的配套支持,加强政策指引;民办高职院校应提升内功,改进和加强就业指导;毕业生应该转变观念,先就业后择业。

Abstract
Private higher vocational education is an important part of the higher educationin China. With the increase of total private higher vocational graduates, thecontradiction between supply and demand became sharp, and many new problemsappeared in the process of employment. Private higher vocational colleges must payattention to improving the level of employment guidance and promoting fullemployment. Learning and referencing for other private vocational colleges of thesuccessful employment guidance experience, for strengthening and promoting theemployment guidance of private vocational colleges has important significance.
In the preface, it expounds the research significance, research status in domesticand abroad, as well as the research methods and ideas. Through the analysis ofcurrent higher vocational colleges running by the local employment guidance in theexisting problems and reasons, this paper is in order to change the current highervocational colleges running by the local employment guidance work in targeted.
In chapter two, it introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of privatevocational college employment guidance, focusing on Holland's theory of careerinterests and Myers-Briggs's theory of personality. Theory of personality is dividedinto six basic types, makes a detailed interest inventory and establishes Hollandvocational interest test.
In chapter three, it comparative analyzes the United States, Canada, andGermany, Korea and other foreign universities employment guidance mode,summarizing their experience: Employment guidance work due to potential changes,advancing with the times;Employment guidance content rich variety;Employmentguidance work guaranteed; High degree of employment information.
In chapter four, basing on the questionnaires and interviews, it analyzes thestatus of employment guidance in private vocational schools and the employmentguidance’s initiatives of Guangzhou H College. Guangzhou H vocational collegeeducational history is not long, but the achievements of similar private highervocational colleges in the province are among the best and take it has typicalsignificance.
In chapter five, it analyses the problems and reasons of private vocationalcolleges employment guidance work. Because the private employment guidance inhigher vocational colleges starts relatively late, there exists deviations in publicawareness of the private higher vocational education, private higher vocationalcolleges and students' own reason and leads to the problems: the leadership emphasisneeds to be improved; Employment guidance content single; Employment guidanceteam construction lagging behind, low level of guidance; Related equipment, to keepup with students' learning enthusiasm is not high; Insufficient innovationentrepreneurship education.
In chapter six, basing on the status、the problem and the cause of employmentguide in currently Chinese private vocational colleges as well as the successfulexperience on abroad, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions of theemployment guidance in Chinese private vocational colleges. Such as governmentshould increase inputs to support; private high vocational colleges should upgradeskills, improving and strengthening employment guide; graduates should changeconcept and upgrade integrated quality.
