  摘 要

  休闲是人类进步的标志,是人类满足生存需求后追求自我价值实现的体现,是人类守护精神家园的阵地。科技作为第一生产力是休闲方式变革的根本力量,科技的发展为人类创造了自由时间,也为人类带来了休闲和工作的分离,科技的发展使人类真正的拥有了休闲,现代人类的休闲方式在信息技术的影响下发生了革命性的变化。这革命性的变化不仅包括信息技术对休闲方式的促进作用,而且休闲这一旨在满足人类全面发展的活动在信息技术的影响下产生了同其价值相背离的负面效应,信息技术对休闲方式的影响是双重的。因此本文以“信息技术对休闲方式的影响”为题,从微观和宏观两方面重点论述信息技术如何对休闲方式产生影响,并在信息技术对休闲方式的双重影响中选取负面效应加以详细论述,最后对如何克服这些负面效应--休闲方式如何回归提出建议,希望通过本文的论述警示现代人警惕信息技术的双刃剑作用,在选择休闲方式上应理性对待,防范信息技术对人类休闲主体性地位的控制,运用合理的休闲方式促进自身全面发展。

  本文的创作和撰写运用了三种研究方法,分别为:文献研究法;归纳分析法;历史与逻辑相统一的方法。

  本文的主要内容分为四个部分:引言作为本文的第一部分内容,首先对选题依据进行概述,然后介绍研究意义和目的,接下来分析国内外研究现状,最后对研究思路和方法及研究难点问题进行讨论。首先在选题依据中明确休闲对于人的全面发展和自我价值的实现存在重要意义,并且在研究意义和目的中对本文的现实、理论意义及目的分别介绍进行了具体讨论。在此基础上分别对国内外研究现状进行分析,点明国内休闲研究从介绍和引进西方休闲理论和方法开始,虽然在二十世纪九十年代过后国内休闲研究有了较快的发展,但是相较于西方,国内现代意义上的休闲研究仍然是落后的,同时对国内休闲研究的相关学者及着作进行介绍,分析出我国休闲理论研究中缺乏从科技进步角度对休闲理论的系统研究,其中关于信息技术对休闲方式影响的研究更是凤毛麟角。西方休闲理论较国内起步更早、研究更为系统全面,但是从科技进步角度对休闲理论的研究也存在不够深入、系统全面的缺点。

  本文内容的第二部分是文章第 1 章--休闲理论概述。从休闲一词的起源(汉语词源,西方词源)展开讨论休闲理论,以此说明无论在中国还是西方国家休闲一词和休闲观念都是自古就有的,休闲一词并非现代人创造,而只是在现代重新回到人们的视野中,成为人们研究的热点。然后分别就现代休闲概念和内涵(从时间、活动、心理等角度论述)、现代休闲的基本特征进行论述,在此基础上讨论与休闲同工作和自由时间的关系,以此便于更好的理解休闲理论。希望通过本章基础理论知识的论述为后面两章主要内容的理解和讨论做理论铺垫。

  在对相关理论知识有一定研究和理解的基础上,文章对论文的主要内容和重点(信息技术对休闲方式的影响)进行论述。在此之前,先行就休闲方式的相关内容进行介绍和论述,以休闲方式的含义、发展、类型以及我国休闲方式的发展作为第一节的主要内容,希望以此达到总括性了解休闲方式的目的,也希望能够将“传统休闲方式”和“信息技术影响下的休闲方式”有所区分。在分析信息技术影响下的休闲方式时从微观出发,从两方面展开--“信息技术创造新的休闲方式”(如 3D 电影、虚拟旅游等)、“信息技术改变传统休闲方式”(如数字图书馆、网上棋牌游戏等)。然后从宏观上对信息技术影响休闲方式的内在机制进行研究,分别从“休闲主体”、“休闲客体”以及“休闲方式自身”三方面展开机制讨论,同时对影响的三层含义进一步论述以便深入理解影响机制。我们看待任何事情都应一分为二,信息技术对休闲方式的影响也不例外,我们在看到其促进作用的同时也应警惕其负面效应,在收集到的资料中从促进作用方面谈其影响的比较多,因此本文选择较少研究的负面效应进行分析,并将负面效应归纳为“休闲方式出现同其价值相背离的现象”、“信息技术的发展促使休闲隔离状态的形成”、“精神生活危机”三方面。

  在归纳出负面效应的基础上,对如何解决负面效应进行进一步思考。本文最终落脚于“休闲方式的回归”上,所谓“回归”是指休闲方式要从背离其原有价值的路径上回到正轨,以满足人的自我价值的实现为目标,以促进人的全面发展为原则,人们在选择休闲方式时理性对待。文章最后一部分首先就休闲和人的生存与发展的关系进行论述,得出“休闲是人在满足基本生存目的后对自我价值追求的体现、休闲塑造全面发展的人”的观点,因此将促进人的全面发展作为休闲方式回归的基本原则。最后理论联系实际讨论休闲方式回归的三个具体做法--“主体认知错误的修正”、“自由时间的合理运用”、“休闲方式的重构”.

  Abstract

  Leisure is the symbol of human progress, the symbol of pursuit self-valuerealization after meeting the demand of survival, is the human to protect the positionof the spiritual home. Science and technology, as the first productivity, is the essentialforce of leisure style change. The development of science and technology creates freetime for humans, brings separation of leisure and work for human beings, and makespeople really having leisure. Under the influence of information technology theleisure way of modern humans has revolutionary changes. The revolutionary changesnot only includes promoting effects of information technology to the leisure way, butalso leisure ,as activities which aims to meet the comprehensive development ofhuman, produced negative effects to deviate from its value under the influence ofinformation technology. The effect of information technology on leisure way istwofold. Therefore, the paper chooses “The influence of information technology onthe way of leisure” as the topic, from the micro aspect and macro aspect focuses ondiscussing how information technology impacts on leisure way, and chooses thenegative effect in the double impacts of information technology studying in detail,finally gives advice on how to overcome these negative effects -- how to return ofleisure way. I hope that the exposition of double-edged sword role of information canwarn modern humans treating the choice of leisure way rationally, preventing theinformation technology from taking control of the status of humans and usingreasonable leisure way to promote their overall development.

  The creation and writing of this paper use three research methods: literatureresearch method; inductive analysis method; the method of unity of history and logic.

  The main content of this paper is divided into four parts: The introduction as thefirst part of this paper, gives an overview of the background firstly, and thenintroduces the research meaning and purpose, and then analysis the research status atinland and abroad, and then discusses the research ideas and methods and researchproblems. First of all the topics based on the clear existence significance of leisure forthe all-round development of man and the realization of self value, and the researchsignificance and purpose of this reality, theoretical significance and purpose areintroduced in detailed discussion respectively. On the basis of the research status atinland and abroad are analyzed, which began from the introduction of domesticleisure research and the introduction of Western leisure theory and method, althoughafter the ninety's of the twentieth century, domestic leisure research has been rapiddevelopment, but compared to the west, the domestic leisure research in the modernsense is still backward, and relevant scholars and works in domestic leisure researchare introduced, then analyzing the lack of system research on the leisure theory fromthe perspective of progress of science and technology in our country, and the researchon the impact of information technology on leisure way is very rare. Western leisuretheory started earlier than those of the domestic research, more comprehensive, butthe study on the leisure theory from the perspective of the progress of science andtechnology has not enough in-depth, systematic shortcomings.

  The second part of this article is an overview of relevant theories of the firstchapter -- respectively discusses the related theories of leisure. From the origin of theword 'leisure' to discuss the leisure theory ,in order to show whether in westerncountries or Chinese leisure and leisure concept is a word since ancient times, doesnot created by modern people, but in the modern back to people's vision only, hasbecome the focus of research. Then the paper discusses the concept, the connotationand the basic characteristics of modern leisure, discusses the relationships of leisure,work and free times, in order to facilitate a better understanding of theories. I hope topave the way through this chapter of basic theoretical knowledge for the maincontents of the understanding and discussion of following two chapters.

  Based on some research and understanding of related knowledge, the maincontent and the focus of this paper (the influence of information technology on theway of leisure) is discussed. Prior to this, this chapter first introduces and discussesthe related contents of leisure, leisure in the definition, development, type and modeof leisure development of our country as the main content of the first section, hopingto reach an understanding of the purpose of leisure, also hope to be able to expand theconvenience of paper. Starting from the micro analysis in information technologyunder the influence of the way of leisure, from two aspects -- analysis of “informationtechnology to create new ways of leisure” (such as 3D film, virtual tourism etc.), and“information technology to change the traditional way of leisure” (such as digitallibrary, online chess game etc.)。Then from the macro mechanism of leisure on theimpact of information technology to conduct the research, separately from the “leisuresubject”,“ object”, and “the way of leisure” in three aspects to discuss mechanism, andfurther discusses an in-depth understanding of the effect and the mechanism of theeffect of three meanings. We should look at everything into two, and the influence ofinformation technology on leisure way is no exception, and when seeing promotingeffects we also should realize negative effects. The study of the influence from thepromoting effects is much more than the study of negative effects, so the paperchooses analyze negative effects, which are reduced to three aspects: “thephenomenon of the leisure departure from its value”, “information technology topromote the development of leisure isolation formation”, “spiritual crisis”.

  After point out its negative effects, the paper thinks how to solve the negativeeffects. The paper eventually ends with the study of “the return of leisure”. Theso-called “return”, refers to the leisure way from the path of deviating from itsoriginal value to the back on track of satisfying self value of humans as its goal,promoting the comprehensive development as its principle, and people should treatrationality in the choice of leisure way. The last part of the paper discusses therelationships of the survival and development of humans and leisure firstly, thenobtaining the point of “Leisure is the symbol of pursuit self-value realization aftermeeting the demand of survival, shapes human all-round development”, so using“promote the comprehensive development of people” as the basic principle of thereturn of leisure. Finally, the paper discussed the three specific practices -- “thecorrection of subject cognitive error ”, “in reasonable use of free times”, “thereconstruction of rational leisure way”.
