　　摘 要

　　人类社会进入 20 世纪以来，技术创新成果的转化及其工业技术的革新极大的促进了社会经济的发展，人类的物质文明达到了前所未有的高度。科学技术作为第一生产力受到了人们的极大重视。然而，在经济快速发展的同时，也带来了严重的生态危机和社会问题，并且逐渐影响到了社会的繁荣和稳定。人们开始回过头来对传统技术创新的理论缺陷和实践困境进行分析，一种新型的、生态化的技术创新观便应用而生。

　　技术创新生态化在通过技术创新来促进经济增长的过程当中，试图实现对于自然资源的有效利用以及对生态环境的保护，同时注重保留人在社会中的人文价值以及精神价值，从而达到人、自然与社会的全面协调可持续发展。技术创新生态化试图建立的是一个多目标协调发展的生态经济系统。

　　本文正是基于传统技术创新理论的缺陷，同时结合我国在经济发展过程当中出现的实际问题，对于传统技术创新理论进行了重新的审视，以马克思主义哲学以及自然辩证法的基本理论为指导，试图实现传统技术创新的生态化转向。同时，技术创新生态化理论也为当前形势下，我们所面临的诸多社会问题和社会矛盾提供了一条具体的、可操作的解决方案。这对于实现我国社会经济的繁荣与发展以及社会的和谐与稳定都具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。

　　Abstract

　　Human society since the beginning of the 20th century , Technologicaltransformation and innovation of industrial technology innovation greatly promotedthe development of social economy,Human material has reached unprecedentedheights.Science and technology as the primary productive force has been increasedattention.However, the rapid economic development,Also poses a serious ecologicalcrisis and social problems,And gradually affects the prosperity and social stability.

　　People began to come back to analyze the defects of traditional technologicalinnovation theory and practice of difficulties, a new, innovative concept ofeco-technologies will be applied and students.

　　In the process of ecological technology innovation to promote economic growththrough technological innovation which, trying to achieve the efficient use of naturalresources and the protection of the ecological environment, while focusing onhumanistic values and keep people spiritual values in society, to achieve one,naturally comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of society.

　　Eco-innovation is trying to establish a multi-objective ecological and economicsystem coordinated development.

　　This article is based on the theory of defects of the traditional technologicalinnovation, combined with our practical problems which arise in the course ofeconomic development, and technological innovation to the traditional theory of there-examination to the basic theory of Marxist philosophy and dialectics of nature as aguide, trying to achieve Traditional Ecological Turning technology innovation.

　　Meanwhile, ecological technology innovation theory is the current situation, manysocial problems and social conflicts that we face provides a concrete, actionablesolutions. It has great theoretical and practical significance for the realization ofChina's social and economic prosperity and development as well as social harmonyand stability.
