摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,学生利用信息技术解决问题的能力成为学生必备的信息素养,而信息技术课堂是学生掌握信息技术最有效的途径。翻转课堂作为一种全新的课堂教学应用模式受到越来越多学者的关注,它改变了传统课堂“先讲后练”的教学结构,使学生真正成为课堂的主人,非常适合学生的个性化学习。聋生是一群非常特殊的学生,由于听力的缺失,他们的语言和智力的发展受到阻碍,课堂上不能够和教师形成及时有效的交流、互动,学习效率极其低下。为了提高聋生信息技术课的学习效率,提升聋生的信息素养,本文研究在聋校小学信息技术课堂实施翻转课堂教学,构建适合聋生的翻转课堂教学模式。
目前针对聋生的翻转课堂教学研究还很少,本论文采取文献研究法、问卷调查法、行动研究法等方法,在查阅大量国内外关于翻转课堂教学研究文献的基础上,论证在聋校小学信息技术课堂施行翻转课堂教学的可行性;再通过问卷调查和访谈了解聋生的学习兴趣的倾向,实施翻转课堂教学的条件等问题,在此基础上进行翻转课堂教学设计,构建聋校小学信息技术课堂课内翻转教学模式;主要分为课前、课上前 20 分钟和课上后 20 分钟三个环节;最后通过翻转课堂教学实验,总结出具体可行的信息技术课程教学案例,用实验结果来验证翻转课堂对提高聋校小学生的学习效率的有效性。
通过为期一个学期的教学实践,翻转课堂教学模式还是比较适合聋生的学习,对提高聋生的学习信息技术的兴趣、提高课堂互动和学习效率是非常有帮助的;当然在实践的过程中也有很多问题,还需要在以后的实践教学中根据聋生的学习特点,持续不断的去分析和完善此翻转课堂教学模式。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the flipped classroom as a newclassroom teaching mode is more and more attention, it has changed the traditionalclassroom teaching structure, so that students really become masters of the classroom, isvery suitable for students of personalized learning. The deaf is a very special students,because of hearing loss, the development of their language and intelligence hindered theclassroom and teachers can not form communication and interaction in a timely andeffective manner, learning efficiency is extremely low. In order to improve the informationtechnology course of deaf students' learning efficiency, this paper explores theimplementation of information technology in the classroom of flipping the classroom of theprimary school for deaf.
The present research on classroom teaching of deaf students turnover is very few, thispaper adopts literature research method, in the domestic and abroad research on the flippedclassroom teaching on the basis of the literature, the feasibility of flipping the classroomteaching in the classroom of information technology in primary school; and then throughthe questionnaire survey and interviews to understand their learning interest tendency. Theimplementation of flip classroom teaching conditions, flip classroom teaching design basedon information technology, construct the flip classroom teaching mode in primary school;finally flipped classroom teaching experiment, summed up the specific informationtechnology curriculum practical teaching cases, with experimental results to verify thevalidity of improving the flipped classroom students' learning efficiency.
Through a period of one semester's teaching practice, the flipped classroom teachingmode is very suitable for deaf students learning and to improve the interest in deaf students'learning information technology, improve the classroom interaction and the efficiency oflearning is very helpful; of course in the process of practice also a lot of problems, alsoneed to later in the practice of teaching according to the characteristics of the deaf students'learning, continuous continuously to analysis and improvement of the flipped classroomteaching mode.
