摘 要
转型社会的快速发展使大学生面临着人际交往、择业就业、社会竞争等多方面的压力,心理压力也随之加大,出现了诸多心理问题,这都影响了大学生身心的健康成长。而借鉴和运用西方积极心理学的理念、技术、方法,通过开展大学生积极心理健康教育,培养大学生积极的心理品质,发掘其自身的积极因素,引导大学生正确看待生活和学习中的压力,已成为加强和改进大学生心理健康教育的重要课题。
本文主要采用文献研究法和问卷调查法。首先,概括阐述了问题的提出和研究意义、当前国内外关于大学生心理健康教育的研究现状、研究方法和本文的创新点。其次,在梳理和借鉴了学界研究成果的基础上,论述了大学生积极心理健康教育的概念、特点、加强大学生积极心理健康教育的重要性。再次,通过问卷调查归纳出当前大学生心理健康存在的问题,并进行了原因分析。最后,提出要构建大学生积极心理健康教育的模式,包括大学生积极心理健康教育的目标、原则、内容、方式方法、途径和社会支持系统,以期促进大学生积极心理健康教育的发展,培育大学生形成积极向上的心理品质。
本论文提出的构建大学生积极心理健康教育模式,能够进一步完善大学生心理健康教育体系,培养大学生积极的心理品质,引导大学生以积极的态度认识社会、认识生活,促进其人格的健全发展,全面提高大学生的心理素质和学习、生活的效能与质量。

Abstract
With the rapid development of society and fierce market competition the pressure ofpeople's social life has also increased. Faced with the intense social competition, the severeemployment situation and the heavy life pressure, in recent years, college students often havehad various psychological problems namely breeding negative emotions, even the extremephenomenon of suicide, or killing others ,which have caused serious harm to the community,schools, families, college students groups and individuals. Therefore, it is urgent to furtherstrengthen and improve the mental health education of college students. Therefore, under theuse of the concept, technology and method of positive psychology , carrying out positivemental health education on college students, has become an important part in strengtheningthe psychological health education of college students. It can cultivate college students'positive psychological quality and personality, explore the positive factors of studentsthemselves, call upon students to think actively and guide the students to positivelyunderstand the pressure of life and learning.
The article mainly uses the literature research method and the questionnaire surveymethod. Firstly, by reviewing related books and periodicals in positive psychology, mentalhealth education and positive mental health education through literature study, this paper hasstated the problem introduction and the research significance, the current research status andresearch methods on College Students' mental health education at home and abroad, and theinnovation of this paper. On the basis of combing and drawing lessons from the currentacademic and practical research results, it has elaborated the concept of positive psychology,mental health, mental health education, positive mental health education, positive mentalhealth education of students, and propose a theory which the positive mental health educationof college students has the characteristics of advocating positive orientation, paying attentionto the positive experience, and forming positive thinking. And it also has expounded theimportance of positive mental health education for college students. It is helpful to cultivatethe positive psychological quality of college students, to enhance their adaptability to thefuture society, and call upon members of the society to form a positive social psychology.
Secondly, the paper adopt the questionnaire method. By selecting the Information data ofthree universities on the questionnaire survey of College Students' mental health education,it has listed the current problems of College Students' mental health. Namely, still regardingthe solution of the psychological problems as the center of college students' mental healtheducation , having the tendency of being programmed, single content and method of mentalhealth education ,the bad effect on mental health education. And it has summed up thereasons for the above problems conducted in-depth analysis. Lastly, on the basis of the abovetheoretical research and empirical research, the paper has put forward the construction ofCollege Students' positive mental health education mode, including the goal, principle,content, method and way of College Students' positive mental health education, and proposedthe construction of support system of College Students' positive mental health education so asto form the joint force of schools, families, and the community, which comprehensivelypromotes the development of College Students' positive mental health education andimproves the pertinence and effectiveness of the positive psychological quality of College students.
