当代军人核心价值观的培育是深入贯彻国防和军队建设的主题，是认真落实党的十八大以来关于国防和军队建设战略部署的重大课题，是建设巩固国防和强大军队，是实现中华民族伟大复兴的思想基础。本文立足于新形势下军事变革和斗争面临的时代要求，围绕着当代军人核心价值观培育这一主题，依据中国古代武德文化、马克思主义经典作家以及中国共产党相关理论的论述，充分揭示了当前培育军人核心价值观的必要性，深刻剖析了当代军人核心价值观培育中存在的问题，并以存在的问题为出发点，提出和构建了培育当代军人核心价值观的方法策略，以增强当前军人核心价值观培育工作的实效性和针对性。
本文主要由五部分构成：
第一部分是绪论，主要介绍了选题的依据、选题的意义、关于课题的国内外研究现状，论文研究采取的主要方法、创新及不足之处，为研究工作的开展提供了基本方向。
第二部分是当代军人核心价值观培育的背景及其意义，这一部分简要分析了课题研究的背景以及新的时代条件下大力培育当代军人核心价值观的伟大意义。
第三部分是当代军人核心价值观的主要内容，这一部分从忠诚于党的政治信仰、热爱人民的价值追求、报效国家的行为准则、献身使命的职责要求、崇尚荣誉的道德境界五个不同的角度阐述了当代军人核心价值观的主要内容，为当代军人核心价值观的培育工作提供基本要素。
第四部分是当代军人核心价值观的理论阐述，在这一部分，分析了当代军人核心价值观培育的理论基础、当代军人核心价值观的有关概念以及其本身的特征，为开展研究进行了理论上的准备工作。
第五部分是当代军人核心价值观培育取得的成就、存在的问题及及解决对策，这一部分是全文的重点。分析和概括了当代军人核心价值观培育工作取得的成就，并在此基础上，提出目前还存在着部分军人理想信念弱化、认知和实践不一致、培育方式陈旧单一、培育机制不完善、军队贪腐作风有待扭转以及理论与实际联系不紧密等问题，针对这些问题，提出要加强理想信念教育、培育实践课堂、拓展培育方式、完善培育机制、整治军队培育环境以及坚持理论和实际相结合等措施。

Abstract
Contemporary soldiers' core values of cultivating is thoroughly theme of nationaldefense and army building,is major issue about seriously implementing the party'snational defense and army building strategic plan since the Eighteenth NationalCongress of the Communist Party of China,is the ideological foundation of building astrong national defense and armed forces and achieving the great rejuvenation of theChinese dream. Based on basic requirements of military revolution and struggle underthe new situation,focusing on the theme of contemporary servicemen core valuescultivation,referring to Chinese ancient morality culture,the classical Marxist and theChinese Communist leaders' relative theory,fully discussed the necessity ofcultivating contemporary soldiers' core values, introspect profoundly the problemsexisting in the army's contemporary servicemen core values cultivation,and thoseproblems as the starting point,put forward and study the methods and strategy ofcultivating contemporary soldiers' core values to enhance the effectiveness andpertinence of cultivating contemporary soldiers' core values.
The paper consists of five parts:
The first part is introduction,The introduction mainly discussesthe selected topic basis,the selected topic significance,the research status at home andabroad and the main methods and innovations of study,which provides a basicdirection for researchThe second part is the background and significance of contemporary soldiers'core values cultivation.This part briefly analyzes the background of studying andsignificance of contemporary soldiers' core values cultivation under the new situation.
The third part is main contents of contemporary soldiers' core values.This partexpounds main contents of contemporary soldiers' core values from political beliefs ofloyalty to Party's,the value pursuit of loving people,the code of conduct of serving thecountry,the duty requirement of dedicating to the mission and the moral realm ofadvocating honor five aspects,which provides basic elements for contemporarysoldiers' core values cultivation.
The fourth part is introduction to theory of contemporary soldiers' core values.
This part analyzes theoretical basis of cultivating contemporary soldiers' corevalues,relative concepts of contemporary soldiers' core values and its owncharacteristic,which provides a theoretical work for research.
The fifth part is the existing problems and solutions of contemporary soldiers'core values cultivation,this part is the force of the full paper.Analyzing andsummarizing several problems in cultivating contemporary soldiers' corevalues,including some solders ideal and faith weakening,cognition and practice beingin conformity,cultivating mode being old and single,training mechanism being notperfect and so on.Specific to these problems,putting forward strengthening ideal andfaith education,attaching great importance to fostering practice classroom,expandingcultivating ways,improving the mechanism of cultivating.
