摘 要
民生科技以满足人民最关心、最直接、最现实的利益为出发点，使科技的成果体现在民生的改善上。民生科技坚持以人为本，为构建和谐社会提供了新思路。社会对民生问题的不断关注，使民生科技成为了科技的重要发展方向。国内外关于民生科技的研究已经取得了一些成果，但从伦理视角谈民生科技发展的研究依然存在很多不足。
论文从民生科技的概念和分类入手，对比我国和一些发达国家发展民生科技的经验，指出我国应该发展具有中国特色的民生科技。再从总体上研究民生科技与伦理的关系，阐明了民生科技凸显的伦理问题，以及民生科技凸显伦理问题的根源。并得出了民生科技需要和伦理协调发展的结论。这一结论通过民生科技与伦理协调发展的必要性、民生科技与伦理协调发展的原则两个方面进行阐述。本文在研究民生科技与伦理关系中，丰富了对科技伦理的认识。同时，按照历史和逻辑统一的方法研究了中西方科技伦理发展的历程，并指出了现代科技伦理凸显的问题，以及现代科技伦理呈现出的特点。最后从伦理角度对我国民生科技的发展中相关主体的伦理责任进行反思，论述了伦理责任的养成途径，针对民生科技的未来发展提出了相关对策。

Abstract
Science and technology of the people's livelihood in order to solve the people mostconcerned about, the most direct and most realistic interests as a starting point, make theachievements of science and technology in the improvement of people's livelihood. Thelivelihood of the people adhere to the people-oriented science and technology, providingnew ideas for the construction of a harmonious society. Along with the social constantattention to people's livelihood problem, the technology of the people's livelihood hasbecome the important development direction of science and technology. Domestic andforeign research on science and technology of the people's livelihood has made someprogress, but to talk about people's livelihood from the perspective of ethics is still a lotof deficiencies in the research of the development of the science and technology.
Starting from the concept and classification of technology of the people'slivelihood, the paper compares Chinese and some developed countries' the experienceof the development of science and technology of the people's livelihood, pointing outour country should develop science and technology of the people's livelihood withChinese characteristics .
To study relations between science and technology of of people's livelihood andethics in general, illuminates the technology of the people's livelihood highlight ethicalissues, and highlights the root cause of ethical issues. And it is concluded that thecoordinated development of science and technology of the people's livelihood needs andethical conclusion. This conclusion is expounded by two aspects, the necessity of thecoordinated development of science and technology and ethics of the people's livelihood,and the principle of coordinated development of science and technology . In thetechnology of the people's livelihood and ethical relations, enriched the knowledge ofscience and technology ethics. Article in accordance with the unified history and logicmethod to study the Chinese and western the development of science and technologyethics, and pointed out the highlight the problem of modern science and technologyethics, and presents the characteristics of modern science and technology ethics. Finallyfrom the perspective of ethics, the paper reflect the ethical responsibility of the relatedsubjects in the development of science and technology of the people's 'livelihood in ourcountry .This paper discusses the ways to develop the ethical responsibility, and putforward related for the future development of science and technology of the people'slivelihood .
