  摘 要:旅游业是我国国民经济中重要的战略性产业,对区域经济发展具有强大的带动作用。红色旅游是我国特有旅游形式,它是政治、文化、教育与旅游在多个层面上的相结合。在国家政策的引导和推动以及市场需求的驱动之下,红色旅游发展势头迅猛。红色旅游的存在和发展的经济意义主要是通过培育和发展特色产业,把资源优势转化为经济优势,促进革命老区经济社会发展、提高人民群众生活水平。但其自身在旅游资源整合、旅游产品开发以及旅游的可持续发展等方面越来越暴露出诸多问题。这些问题的存在直接阻碍了当地红色旅游的健康发展。同时,在理论研究方面,对红色旅游进行的理论研究却一直相对滞后,并没有发挥前瞻性和指导性的作用。延安的红色文化积淀深厚,是我国红色旅游发展的代表性城市,是爱国主义、革命传统和延安精神的三大教育基地,非常具有典型性。延安红色旅游发展经历了接待转型期、高速发展期和旅游目的地成长期。近些年,延安红色旅游经济增速加快,旅游产业实力增强,旅游宣传效果显着,旅游交通明显改善。但延安红色旅游经济发展也存在的一些问题,诸如:综合经济效益不高、旅游客源层面较窄、红色旅游产品开发深度不足、红色旅游的发展环境滞后、旅游专业人才相对欠缺等。针对这些问题提出了促进延安红色旅游经济发展建议和对策。一是深度挖掘文化内涵,精心谋划旅游项目;二是完善旅游产品结构,延伸旅游产业链条;三是推进区域战略合作,打造红色旅游品牌;四是加大营销推广力度,提高知名度和影响力;五是加快配套基础设施和旅游软环境建设;六是利用红色资源优势,大力开发旅游商品;七是加强红色旅游服务人才的开发与建设。

  Abstract

  Tourism industry is an important strategic industry in China's national economy, ithas strong impetus function to the development of regional economy. Red tourism is theunique form of tourism in China., It is the mixture on multiple levels of the political,cultural, educational and tourism. Under the drive of guide and promote of the nationalpolicy and demand of the market, red tourism has developed rapidly. Red tourism'seconomic play an important role in Old revolutionary base areas by development ofcharacteristic industry, turning the resource advantages into economic advantages,promoting the people's living standard in the local .But itself has many problems in theintegration of tourism resources, the development of tourism product and the sustainabledevelopment of tourism. At the same time, in the aspect of theory research, thetheoretical research of red tourism has been lagged behind, and did not play the role offorward-looking and instructive.

  Red cultural heritage of Yan'an runs deep, Yan'an is a representative city of thedevelopment of red tourism in our country. It is the education bases of the revolutionarytradition, patriotism and the spirit of Yanan. The development of Yanan red tourismexperienced the reception transition period, the rapid development period and the tourismdestination period. In recent years, the red tourism of Yan'an has accelerated theeconomic growth, enhanced the strength of the tourism industry, and tourism promotioneffect is obvious, the tourist traffic significantly improved. But some problems also exist,such as the efficiency of Yan'an environment comprehensive economic is not high,tourist layer is narrow, the development of the red tourism resources lack of depth, theenvironment of red tourism lags behind and tourism Service talents relatively scarce etc.

  Aiming at these problems, the suggestions and countermeasures to the evelopment ofYan'an red tourism economic has been carried out. One is the depth of mining culturalconnotation, careful planning of tourism projects; Two is to improve the structure oftourism products, extension of the tourism industry chain; Three is to promote regionalstrategic cooperation, build red tourism brand; Four is to increase the marketing efforts,improve the visibility and influence; Five is to accelerate the development of thenecessary infrastructure and the soft environment construction of tourism; Six is the useof red culture, vigorously develop tourism commodities; Seven is to strengthen theconstruction and development of red tourism service personnel.
