摘 要
中华饮食,历史源远流长经历了几千年的发展和演变,逐渐形成了自己独特的内涵和文化,在新的时代背景下中华饮食达到了空前的繁荣,同时也出现了一些不良的饮食现象,给社会和人民带来了一定的影响。这些现象也反映了当代人与自身、社会、自然之间关系的失衡,揭露了因伦理缺失而产生的相关社会问题。
在生态文明的视域下对饮食出现的不良现象进行客观的伦理审视,分析出当代饮食背后存在的伦理缺失的根源所在,从而找出相应的对策和发展方向,是选择研究这篇论文的初心和出发点,论文从生态文明建设的时代要求出发,就饮食伦理的现状,迫切需要解决的问题进行较为深入的分析和探讨,在此基础上提出了符合生态文明要求的饮食伦理的基本要求和实践途径,结合伦理学的基本内容,基于饮食的发展现状做出了多层次、多角度和多方面的分析。在当前社会发展的过程中,饮食已经成为人们探讨的主要课题,在饮食文化日益发展的今天,国外也有很多学者对这方面进行了深入研究,并取得了一定的研究成果,本文主要是在借鉴相关国内外研究成果的基础上进行了创新,这些相关总结、提炼和概论具有鲜明的时代伦理特色,有独到的见解和学术价值,这一成果对于社会伦理文化建设具有积极的建设性的价值,论文主要有五个部分组成,第一部分,绪论,针对国内外相关的资料展开分析,并提出了相关的研究目标,对文章的总体内容进行了概述。第二部分,饮食伦理的内涵及理论基础。首先提出了饮食和伦理的概念,饮食方面的探讨主要是特点、形成过程和社会地位方面等内容。第三部分,饮食的伦理问题在历史传统中的表现以及对当代不良的饮食现象进行阐述和总结。第四部分对饮食伦理缺失的成因进行深入的分析和探讨。第五部分,基于生态文明视域下的饮食伦理研究,饮食伦理健康对于当前社会的发展具有重要的意义,并且也是伦理学发展的全新方向;伦理原则也是伦理饮食健康的主要标准;当代饮食应该从伦理健康的具体措施入手,积极的致力于新理论的研究,并在社会生活中不断实践。文化、法律、政治和经济是当代饮食伦理问题的主要作用因素,在当前的社会发展中,应该积极对饮食伦理健康做出引导,同时有针对性地提出具体的解决途径和措施,达到科学对待饮食伦理健康的发展,促进中国社会和谐有序的进步,从而更好的为人民的健康服务,并大力倡导和加强对生态文明及自然道德的教育,同时提倡绿色饮食和低碳环保的健康生活新方式。

Abstract
After experiencing a long history of thousands of years of development andevolution, Chinese diet gradually formed its own unique content and culture, andreached unprecedented prosperity in the new era, however, there has also been somebad diet phenomenon, which has a certain impact on society and people. Thephenomenon also reflects the imbalance between the contemporary and therelationship with themselves, social and nature, exposing the relevant socialproblems due to lack of ethics. In the sight of ecological civilization, reviewing thenegative phenomena of the diet objectively, analyzing the reasons of lacking ofethics in contemporary diet, finding out the proper countermeasures and the trend ofits development is the original intention of choosing to research this essay.
According to the demand of the ecological civilization construction and the presentsituation of the ethic of eating, the essay analyzed and discussed the urgent problemsdeeply. On this basis, it also put forward the basic requirement and practicalapproach about diet ethics which conform to the ecological civilization. Combinedwith basic contents of ethics and based on the diet development situation, this essaymade a multi-level, multi-angle and multifaceted analysis. In the current process ofsocial development, people's diet has become the main topic discussed at today'sgrowing food culture, there are many foreign scholars have conducted extensivestudies in this area, and have made some achievements. The innovation of this paperis based on the reference of the relevant research results at home and abroad. Thisrelevant introduction, abstract and summary showed the distinct ethical feature ofthe time and unique opinion and academic value, which has a positive andconstructive value for the cultural construction of social ethic. This essay consists offive parts. The first part is the introduction. This part analyzed the materials at homeand abroad, put forward relevant research goals and summarized the content of thearticle. The second part gives the diet of ethics connotation and theoretical basis.
Firstly, it proposed the concept of diet and food and explored the mainly features,the forming process and social status and so on. The third part described andsummarized the performance of ethical issues in the history of the traditional dietand the ill diet phenomenon at present. The fourth part analyzed and discussed thereason of the deficiency in the ethic of diet. The fifth part is based on the research ofthe ethics of the diet in the sight of ecological civilization. Healthy diet for thecurrent social development has great implication and it is also the new developmentdirection for the ethics. Ethical principles are also major ethical standards of ahealthy diet. Contemporary diet should start from the ethical health of specificmeasures, positively work on new theories and continue to practice in social life.
Cultural, legal, political and economic factors are the main role in the diet ofcontemporary ethical issues. In the current social development, diet ethics healthyshould actively guide and put forward concrete solution approaches and measures toachieve the healthy development of eating ethics scientifically and promote aharmonious and orderly progress of Chinese society, so as to better health servicesfor the people, and vigorously promote and strengthen ecological civilization and thenatural moral education, while promoting environmental protection and low-carbongreen diet healthy living new ways.
