农产品物流园发展规划探究

　　摘要

　　农产品流通的问题一直是理论界和实践部门重点关注的领域。农产品物流园区是农产品物流系统的重要载体，在农产品物流系统中发挥着无可替代的重要作用。它不仅可以解决农产品物流资源分散、单个农产品物流企业竞争力弱的问题，实现农产品物流的规模化、专业化效应，从而降低农产品物流成本，增强农产品物流服务的各项功能，而且集中体现着农产品物流体系的先进水平和运行效率。

　　本文以JN农产品物流园有限责任公司为研究对象，运用企业战略管理的基本理论和分析工具，对JN物流园所处的战略环境以及公司自身的条件进行了较为系统深入的分析，立足于此设计了 JN物流园发展战略方案。JN物流园的发展战略整体可以概括为‘’融合三线、提升两化、争做一流“,在未来战略规划期物流园融合资金流、农产品流和信息流，提升物流园农业产业化和功能综合化水平，争做国内一流的农产品专业化物流园。该发展战略具体内容主要包含指导思想、战略定位、战略目标、战略重点和盈利模式等方面。接着就该战略方案的实施提出了四条保障措施，即组织职能保障、资金与物质投入保障、人力资源保障和企业文化保障。总之，通过JN农产品物流园发展战略的制定和实施力图为加快济南乃至山东地区农产品流通体系建设，推动农业产业化发展，实现农业发展，农村繁荣，农民富裕的目标做出应有的贡献。

　　Abstract

　　Circulation of agricultural products has been a hot issue in the field ofresearch, agricultural logistics park is an important carrier of agriculturallogistics system plays an important role in the agricultural logistics system. Itepitomizes the advanced level of agricultural logistics system can solveagricultural logistics resources scattered problems with weak competitive singleagricultural product logistics, achieve economies of scale and specializationeffects of agricultural product logistics, reducing logistics costs of agriculturalproducts, and enhance agricultural logistics services various functions.

　　In this paper, JN Agricultural Logistics Park Co., Ltd. as the research object,using the basic theory and analytic tools of strategic management, JN LogisticsPark is located on the strategic environment and the company's own conditionsmore systematic in-depth analysis, based on this established JN logistics parkdevelopment strategy, the development strategy mainly consists of guidingideology, strategic positioning, profit model, strategic objectives and strategicpriorities, etc., and then on the implementation of the strategic plan of theproposed four safeguards that protect organizational functions, financial andmaterial inputs security, human resource security and protection of corporateculture. JN overall logistics park development strategy can be summarized as”integration of three lines, two of promotion, good class“ in the strategicplanning of the integration of future cash flow logistics park, agriculturalproducts and information flow, improve logistics park agriculturalindustrialization and functional integration level, to become the domesticfirst-class produce specialized logistics park, in order to accelerate thecirculation system of agricultural products, and promote the industrialization ofagriculture development, to achieve agricultural development, rural prosperity,wealthy farmers and make due contributions.
