富马酸比索洛尔和苯磺酸氨氯地平的降压机制综述(2)

　　有报道显示[24],β受体阻滞剂与钙离子拮抗剂联合应用有良好的降压效果，表现在钙离子拮抗剂可以拮抗β受体阻滞剂引起的外周血管阻力增加，而β受体阻滞剂可以减少钙离子拮抗剂引起的交感神经兴奋的副作用。Hostalek等[25]研究了10532例应用比索洛尔联合氨氯地平降压治疗的效果，发现比索洛尔和氨氯地平联合降压治疗效果好，患者服药依从率高，且降低了心血管事件的发生风险等。
　　
　　总之，富马酸比索洛尔和苯磺酸氨氯地平均为半衰期长的药物，能够平稳有效地控制24小时血压，二者联合应用有协同降压和保护心肾功能的作用，在短期内对肝肾功能无不良影响[25].比索洛尔联合氨氯地平临床应用前景广泛，是24小时平稳降压的一种良好选择。
