¡¡¡¡¹Ø¼ü´Ê:Ö¾Ô¸Õß;ÉçÇø¾ÓÃñ¾Ó¼Ò·þÎñ;ÈÏÖª;ÐÐΪ;

¡¡¡¡Abstract£ºObjective To investigate the status quo of community volunteers' cognition,attitude and behavior towards community service related knowledge and its influencing factors.Methods Stratified sampling was used to select respondents from 6 groups of volunteers,including cadres of Party and government organs,police,community,veterans,taxi drivers and medical staff.WeChat was adopted for the distribution of questionnaires,including general information,knowledge,behavior and attitude.Rank sum tests and binary Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of volunteer behavior status.Results A total of 354 questionnaires were collected.In the test of the knowledge concerning community service,the correct rates of the 6 questions on environmental services,services for prenatal and postnatal care,services for floating population,volunteer services for Party members,services for the disabled,and services for the elderly were 82.2%,70.1%,88.1%,72.6%,62.4% and 28.2%,respectively.In the test of attitudes toward volunteering,87.3% of the respondents felt no stress to volunteer in the community.In the test of correct behavior,the correct rates of the 6 questions on service measures,service methods,service effects,how to better service,expectation to obtain the service information needed by residents,and service confidence were 52.0%,24.3%,24.6%,76.8%,70.9%,and 93.5%,respectively.Occupation,educational background,age and command of knowledge related to community service were the influencing factors of the behavior status of community volunteers.Conclusion Community volunteers have agood command of knowledge related to community service.Volunteers with younger age,medical background,and higher educational background provide better community services.It can provide reference for relevant departments to select suitable community volunteers for community service.
