¡¡¡¡Abstract:Firstly, we summarized the isolations of the genes from several common tropical fruits' genes£¨banana, papaya, mango,pineapple, litchi, etc.£©by frequently used technologies of rapid-amplification of c DNA ends£¨RACE£©and reverse transcription-polymerasechain reaction£¨RT-PCR£©£¬ also the analyses and expressions of cloned target genes and fragments. Finally, we discussed the advantages anddisadvantages of gene isolating and cloning technologies, and prospected the new gene isolating and cloning technologies, aiming at laying thefoundation for studying tropical fruit tree and agriculture at biological level of genetic molecule.
