高职高尔夫专业教学模式研究

  摘要

  在教育可持续发展模式下,高素质高尔夫专业人才培养是高尔夫教育发展研究中重要的内容,也是高尔夫职业教育的首要任务。我国高尔夫教育还处于初级阶段,尤其是高尔夫高职教育尚处在摸索阶段,高尔夫人才培养在数量、质量上都未能满足当前高尔夫行业的发展。因此,对高尔夫专业人才培养模式进行研究和创新,加快高尔夫专业人才培养,提高人才培养质量已经迫在眉睫。

  本文通过运用文献资料法、访谈法、比较研究分、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对当前我国高尔夫行业的发展和高尔夫专业人才需求状况、以及高职高尔夫专业人才培养现状进行阐述,认为目前我国高尔夫专业人才需求量巨大,而专业人才培养不能满足市场需求。本文重点以笔者所在的辽宁职业学院高尔夫专业人才培养模式为例,主要从培养目标、专业设置、课程设置、师资队伍与培养途径等方面进行‘分析研究,总结、提炼辽宁职业学院高尔夫学院人才培养模式的优势与不足。通过评析国外典型的高职人才培养模式的成功经验为辽宁职业学院高尔夫学院人才培养模式的优化提供可以借鉴的依据。最后,结合知识经济时代对高职人才的素质要求与人才培养模式的有关知识和理论,进行人才培养模式的优化,探索具有高职特色的教学方法和模式,以期对现有或有志于培养高尔夫专业人才的高职院校提供可以借鉴的思路和策略,从而实现高尔夫高职教育的可持续发展,达到提高应用型人才培养质量的目的。

  经研究认为:

  1、目前我国急需的高尔夫专业人才主要包括市场需求量最大的基层服务类人才、管理类人才和具备较强的高尔夫专业技术、心理学和教学能力等综合素质的高尔夫教育人才三大类。

  2、辽宁职业学院高尔夫学院在专业人才培养中主要有“前校后场、工学结合”人才培养模式和“双证书”制人才培养模式两种,其中,前者的优势主要体现在人才培养目标定位准确,专业设置合理,重视学生的实践能力培养,而后者促进了学生实践能力的提高,提高了学生就业率。

  3、从辽宁职业学院高尔夫学院两种人才培养模式的分析可知,目前存在的主要问题有:专业课程体系尚不健全,工学结合特色教材缺乏;师资力量薄弱,双师型教师较少;人才培养评价体系不健全等。

  4、辽宁职业学院高尔夫专业人才培养模式的优化可从课程体系建设;双师型师资队伍建设;人才培养评价体系等方面进行。

  Abstract

  Under the education mode of sustainable development, thehigh-quality golf talent cultivation is an important content of the researchon golf education development, and also a top priority of golf vocationaleducation. Our golf education is still in primary stage, especially golfvocational education in the exploratory stage. The quantity and quality ofgolf talent cultivation both fail to meet the current development of golfindustry. Therefore, to research and innovate in golf talent cultivationmode, to accelerate golf talent cultivation, and to improve cultivatingquality are extremely urgent.

  In this paper, the author analyzes and describes the currentdevelopment of golf industry and golf talents demand conditions, golftalent cultivation status, and the problems and confusion encounteredduring vocational cultivation of golf talents with documents, interviews,case studies, logical analysis and other research methods. The authorbelieves that nowadays golf professionals are needed desperately inChina. However, the education and training of golf professionalsobviously can not meet that demand owning to shortcomings existing inaspects like curriculum system, faculty, training conditions, teachingmaterial, and so on. This essay attempts to analyze the advantages anddisadvantages of the mode of talents cultivation in Liaoning VocationalCollege. Finally, with the era of knowledge economy's requirements ofvocational talents' quality, and with the construction theory of talentscultivating mode, to innovate the college's current talent cultivating mode,and to explore teaching methods and models with vocationalcharacteristics, so that the existing or aspiring golf professionalsproviding vocational colleges can draw ideas and strategies to achieve thesustainable development of golf vocational education, to achieve the aimof improving the cultivating quality of applied talents.

  This research shows that:

  1、Atpresent, the golf professionals that are badly needed in Chinacan mainly be classified into three kinds: basic-level service talents,management talents, and talents with great golf skills, psychologyknowledge and good teaching capacity.

  2、LiaoningVocational College has two talent training modes thatthe school-enterprise co-operation and combination of practice andlearning, the dual-certificate system. And they have achieved a notablesuccess, the advantage of the former is mainly reflected in: the process oftraining skill-oriented talents: majors should be arranged according to themarket demand; more emphasis should be put on cultivating students'

  practice ability; students should be cultivated into talents with excellentprofessional skills. And the latter mode promotes the ability of socialpractice, the sustainable development capacity and the comprehensiveprofessional quality of students are considerably improved, whichcontributes to a satisfying employment rate.

  3、Somedefects in talent training mode for golf specialty ofLiaoning Vocational College are worth noting: the curriculum system isnot sound; teaching material with work-integrated learning characteristicand well-qualified teaching staff with bi-expertise can not meet thedemand of teaching; training and assessment policy also need to beperfected.

  4、More efforts can be made in the following aspects: construction oftraining venue, school-enterprise co-operation, establishment ofcurriculum system, “Double-type” teaching staff, teaching mode,evaluation system for talents training in vocational education, in order toinnovate and perfect the mode of cultivation of golf professionals inLiaoning Vocational College.
