摘 要
在中国近代史上,曾国藩是最受关注的人物,也是最具争议的人物之一。对他的评价,也是毁誉各异。尽管如此,曾国藩的家庭教育思想却得到了充分的肯定。在长达六十多年的生活中,曾国藩写了大量的日记和一千多封家书,字字句句都包含了他对家人的教育、关心以及对左右邻里的谦让、照顾,可以说,曾国藩的家书、家训、家规对后世影响巨大,几乎成为从此以后中国人为人处世最权威的教材。
为此,本文立足文本,通过对曾国藩一千五百多封家书的解读,在前人已有研究成果的基础上,爬梳、概括曾国藩家庭教育思想的基本内容及其原则、方法,深入阐述曾国藩家庭教育思想的当代价值,无疑具有重要意义。
本文从以下五个部分展开研究:
第一部分:介绍本文的选题缘起及研究意义,综述国内外研究现状,并简要介绍本文的研究思路和主要的研究方法。
第二部分:主要从曾国藩所处的时代背景、所受到的儒、墨、道等传统文化、良好的耕读家风以及湖湘地域文化的影响四个方面,分析其家庭教育思想产生的根源。
第三部分:以《曾国藩家书》为文本,全面爬梳、概括出曾国藩家庭教育思想的立德、修身、孝友、勤俭、睦邻及明理六个方面的基本内容。
第四部分:根据曾国藩家庭教育思想的基本内容,总结了曾国藩家庭教育思想“德才兼备”和“知行合一”的原则及因材施教、循循善诱、反省内求、慎独、防微杜渐等五种主要的家教方法。
第五部分:从曾国藩家庭教育之立德修身、兄友弟恭、勤俭持家、睦邻友善、读书明理五个方面具体考察其家庭教育思想的当代价值。

Abstract
In the modern history of China,Zeng Guofan is one of themost popular figures,and also one of the most controversialfigures.In his opinion,enjoys different.In spite of this,ZengGuofan's family education thought has been fully affirmed.Inthe sixty years of life long,Zeng Guofan wrote a lot of diariesand more than one thousand letters,every syllable containsaround him to family education and neighborhood of humility,to take care of, it is said, Zeng Guofan's letters, familyinstructions and rules has a great influence on latergenerations, almost become henceforth Chinese people acted themost authoritative teaching materials. In this paper, based onthe text,through the interpretation of Zeng Guofan'onethousand five hundred letters,on the basis of previous researchresults,combing and summary of Zeng Guofan's family educationthought of the basic contents and principles, methods,expoundsthe contemporary value of Zeng Guofan's family educationthought undoubtedly has important significance.
This paper launches the research from the following fiveparts:
The first part introduces the topic origin and the researchsignificance, research status at home and abroad,and brieflyintroduces the research ideas and the main research methods.
Four aspects of the traditional culture of the second part:
mainly from Zeng at the background of the times, the subjectof Confucianism,ink,etc,good plowing the fields of familytradition and regional culture of Hunan impact analysis offamily education of the root.
The third part: to “Zeng Guofan's family letters” text,combs,summed up the Zeng Guofan's family education thoughtmorality,self-cultivation,Takatomo,diligence,goodneighborly and sensible six aspects of the basic content.
The fourth part: according to the basic contents of ZengGuofan's family education thought, summed up the Zeng Guofan's family education thought of “ having both ability andpolitical integrity” and “the unity of knowledge and action”principles and teaching students in accordance with theiraptitude, patience,reflection,cautiousness,as a preventivemeasure, such as five main ways of family education.
The fifth part: from Zeng Guofan's family education ofmorality self-cultivation,still,thrifty and goodneighborliness, reading sensible five aspects specificallyexamines the contemporary value of the thought of familyeducation.
