摘要
大规模定制生产模式是现阶段制造业普遍采取的一种生产运营模式，SEAGULL公司作为一家以手表生产为主营业务的制造型企业面对现在多样化、个性化顾客需求的市场环境，仍以大规模生产模式进行生产显然不能符合现阶段买方市场的要求，单纯依靠增加品种样式、接定制订单，只能以库存增加、资金占压为代价，严重制约企业的发展，错过更多的商机。希望通过本文应用流程诊断与优化的方法，对 SEAGULL公司原有流程进行诊断分析、优化改造，为公司降低生产成本、提高生产利润起到一定的作用。
本文主要包含以下几个方面的内容：本文首先分析研究了大规模生产模式对于现阶段市场运营情况中所存在的问题和国内外大规模定制生产模式的现状；然后，利用流程诊断方法对 SEAGULL 公司的现状和所面临的问题进行梳理，并根据大规模定制生产模式的原理为指导思想，提出针对 SEAGULL 公司流程的优化方案，进行生产流程的优化与核心关键流程的优化；最后，利用 SEAGULL 公司流程优化 1 年后各方面经济指标对流程优化结果进行验证及分析，以求达到流程优化的目的。

Abstract
Mass customization production is generally adopted the production operation mode ofmodern manufacturing, SEAGULL company as a major business is to watch theproduction of manufacturing enterprises in the face of diversification, personalizedcustomer demand of the market environment, now still in mass production mode forproduction obviously can not meet the requirement of buyer's market, the current stylesimply rely on increasing varieties, custom orders, only at the expense of the inventoryincrease, capital tie up, seriously restrict the development of the enterprise, miss morebusiness opportunities. Hope that through this article application process diagnosis andoptimization method, the diagnostic analysis, optimization of the original process ofSEAGULL company, reduce the production cost, increasing production profits for thecompany to play a role.
This article includes the following aspects of content: first, analyzed the domestic andforeign research status quo of mass customization production mode and the existingproblems in the mass production mode; Then, using the method of process diagnosis ofSEAGULL company, analyzes the present situation and the problems facing and accordingto the principle of mass customization production mode as the guiding ideology, putforward the optimization scheme for the optimization of production process and keyprocess optimization; Finally, using the SEAGULL company one year after processoptimization of various aspects of economic indicators to verify this process optimizationresults and analysis, in order to achieve the goal of process optimization.
