在我国市场经济环境下，中小型企业已经成为推动社会生产力、促进市场经济发展的重要力量，是我国社会主义市场经济体系中的重要组成部分，而中小型家族企业又是这支队伍中的中坚力量，成为我国市场经济的重要组成部分和最具活力的元素。但中小型家族企业在财务管理方面面临的问题也很多，如预算管理流于形式、筹资管理过于保守、存货管理混乱等。
本文作者曾在 W 公司工作多年，作为财务人员对 W 公司的财务管理现状和问题深有体会。本文在大量财务理论文献资料的基础上，进行面对面的访谈和调查研究，清晰认识了 W 公司财务管理的现状，并且深入剖析了存在的内在问题，并针对现实问题，从财务内控为管理优化出发点，探讨相应的财务管理优化方案，并制定出一套适合 W 公司财务管理改进的策略。希望对 W 公司的经营和发展有一定的指导作用,并且可以为国内其他中小型家族企业的财务管理规范提供参考借鉴。

Abstract
In our market environment, as an integral part of the market economy, small andmedium-sized enterprises are gradually becoming an economic force indispensable tothe development of social productive forces. Small and medium-sized family-ownedenterprises, on the other hand, are the backbone of this economic force and become AnImportant Component of China's Market Economy and the Most Dynamic Element. Themore opportunities, the more challenges. The small and medium sized family-ownedenterprises also face many problems in terms of financial management. For example,budget management is in the form of over-management of fund-raising and stockmanagement is chaotic.
The author has worked in W company for many years. As a financial officer, he hasa deep understanding of the current situation and problems of W company's financialmanagement. On the basis of a large number of financial theory documents, this papermakes a face-to-face interview and investigation, clearly understands the currentsituation of the financial management of W company, and deeply analyzes the existingproblems, and aims at the practical problems, and discusses the optimization of thefinancial management from the financial internal control, and discusses thecorresponding financial management optimization scheme. Formulate a set of strategiessuitable for W company's financial management improvement. I hope it will play aguiding role in the operation and development of W company, and it can also providereference for other domestic small and medium family businesses.
