摘 要
父亲对孩子的爱、关心、照顾、情绪的感染，以至父亲的一举一动，一怒一笑都在潜移默化地影响着自己的孩子，对孩子的成长有着独特的作用。孩子是父亲的影子，爸爸的素质有多高，孩子就能飞多高！近几年来，大部分“80 后”男性当上了父亲，开始承担起教育孩子的责任。“80 后”父亲应该在整个家庭教育中扮演什么样的角色，成为现代大部分家庭所迫切关系的问题。许许多多的“80 后”父亲没有意识到自己对子女教育的重要性，也不清楚自己应该如何教育子女，是扮演什么样的角色，甚至有些“80后”父亲没有认识到自己对孩子成长的重要性是不可替代的，这些现象在我们的生活中极为普遍。“80 后”父亲由于参与时间的不足，父亲再学习意识薄弱，父亲自身家庭教育的角色错位，错误的教学观念和教育方式，父亲理想自我与现实自我的冲突与失衡等问题的出现，会对孩子在心理健康、性别角色、道德行为、智力水平、学业成就、创造力、社会化、人际关系和攻击性行为等方面都会受到很大的影响。
本文将对“80 后”父亲时代特征、角色定位和育儿期望的调查分析，根据不同的背景时代和“80 后”的个性特征，对他们的子女教育现状和出现的问题展开探究，再从子女成长需求的各个层面解析了“80 后”父亲对其成长的影响，来论证“80 后”父亲参与子女教育对孩子的成长与发展更加有益，“80 后”父亲对培养子女健全的人格和认知发展具有不可替代的作用。从而为全面了解和分析“80 后”父亲在子女教育中的基本状况、存在问题及原因提供重要依据，进而为完善“80 后”父亲教育提供更有效的途径和方法。现代家庭教育的质量要求越来越高，“80 后”父亲应该加强自身的学习，提高素养，同时还有注意自身的角色重构，做到科学的实施子女教育。除此之外，家庭方面要协助父亲教育，创造更多的父亲参与机会，还要充分发挥社会力量的作用，利用更多的资源帮助“80 后”父亲快速提升自我。

Abstract
Father's love, attention, concern, rendering of his af fections, and his every behavior ,emotion unconsciously influence his own children,which exerts special influence on children'sgrowth. Children are shadows of their fathers; the better the father's personal quality, the higherchildren could achieve. In recent years, the majority of men who was born in 1980s becam efathers, starting to shoulder the responsibility ofeducating children. What role should fathers of80s generation take in family education is the concerning issue of most modern families. Lotsof fathers of 80s generation haven' t recognized the im portance of educating children bythemselves, not knowing how to e ducate and what role to play . Even some fathers of 80sgeneration haven't realized the irreplaceability of fathers' importance to children. All thesephenomena are ordinarily seen in daily life. Pro blems, such as lack of ti me of fathers of 80sgeneration, weak consciousness of re-learning, role dislocation of fathers' own fa milyeducation, wrong educational concepts and m ode, conflicts and imbalance between ideal selfand actual self and so on, will to alarge extent influence children on their psychological health,gender roles, moral behavior, intellectual level, acad emic achievements, creativity, socialization,interpersonal relationship and aggressive behaviors.
This article will analyze the characteristics of the times, role definition as well as parentingexpectation, and carry out the research on current situation and problems of children' seducation based on different background and personal characteristics. The impact of 80s fathersis analyzed based on dem ands of children' s growth, and thus it is dem onstrated that theinvolvement of fathers of 80s generation in children's growth and developm ent is m orebeneficial, as well as the irreplaceability of fathers in cultivating children's perfect personalityand cognitive development. It provides important evidence for comprehensively understandingthe basic condition of child ren's education, ex isting problems and causes, thus offeringeffective ways and m ethods of perfecting fath ers' education. As m odern families demandhigher and higher education qual ity, fathers of 80s generation should strengthen their ow nstudies, improve qualities, and at the m eantime, reconstruct their own role, and scientificallyeducate their children . Besides, fam ilies should assist fathers' education, creating m oreopportunities for their involvement. Moreover, give full play to social strength and make use ofmore sources to help fathers of 80s generation to improve themselves quickly.
