摘 要
我国是一个农业大国，特色农业产业众多，茶油产业也是一项特色农业产业。近几年来，随着国家的重视和人们对食品安全的日益关注，茶油这一绿色、生态、天然的农产品-食用油逐渐走进大众的视野。茶油具有很强的营养价值、药物保健价值、经济价值，茶油林木在南方地区种植范围比较广。随着这几年茶油产业的火热，很多民间资本和企业纷纷投资茶油产业，茶油产业得到了很快的发展。但是总体来说，茶油产业是一个新兴的朝阳产业，还处于刚开始阶段，发展仍存在很大的问题。本文就以赣州市茶油产业发展为例，深入探讨茶油产业发展存在的问题，希望以点带面，为其他地区茶油产业发展提供一定的经验借鉴，也为赣州市茶油产业的相关政策出台提供一定的理论依据和借鉴。
在实际研究过程中，通过实地走访和调查研究，并结合相关文献资料，深入了解赣州市茶油产业发展过程中的优势和劣势，和发展面临的机遇及挑战。在茶油产业化发展过程中，其存在的优势有：自然资源优势、劳动力资源优势、科技研发优势、政策扶持优势、产业规模化优势；在茶油产业化发展过程中，其存在的劣势有：生产效率低下、茶油生产资金投入不足、缺乏龙头企业和加工技术、科技服务水平低、宣传不到位；在茶油产业发展过程中面临的机遇有：国内市场潜力大、对高品质油料的需求日益增加、相关政策支持；面临的挑战有：
国内其他油茶主产省的冲击、茶油生产成本提高。通过矩阵分析，提出赣州市茶油产业发展实行 WO 和 TS 战略。在借鉴国内湖南、福建、广西等地区发展茶油产业发展经验的基础上，提出一系列促进赣州市茶油产业发展对策。

Abstract
China is a large agricultural country, there are lots of characteristic agriculturalindustries, camellia oil industry is also a characteristic agricultural industry. In recentyears, with the country and people are paying close attention to food safety, camelliaoil, which is the green, ecological, natural agricultural products edible oil,graduallyappear into the public view. It has good nutritional value, medicinal health value,economic value. and the trees of camellia oil are usually planted in the southernregion of a relatively wide range of planting. With the years of camellia oil industryimproving , a lot of private capital and enterprises have invested into tea industry, teaindustry got very fast development. But overall, the tea industry is a sunrise industry,is still in the beginning stage and there still exists a lot of problems. The text takesthe development of tea industry in Ganzhou City as an example, in order to have anin-depth study of the problems existed in the development of tea industry.with thehope of fanning out from point to area, this paper provides experience reference forthe tea industry development in other areas, also for the Ganzhou City of camellia oilindustry related policies introduced to provide certain theoretical basis and reference.
In the course of practical research, through field visits and research, this papercombines with the relevant literature, in-depth understanding of the advantages anddisadvantages of Ganzhou City tea industry in the development process, and alsowith opportunities and challenges. In the course of development of tea industry, ithas its advantages: natural resources and labor resources advantage, the advantage ofscientific and technological research and development, policy support advantages,industrial scale advantages; in the course of development of tea industry, the existingdisadvantages: low production efficiency, low oil production and lack of funding,lack of leading enterprises and processing technology, low level of science andtechnology service, publicity is not in place; in the process of the development ofcamellia oil industry, facing opportunities: large potential of the domestic market, theincreasing demand for high quality oil, the relevant policy support; the challenge: theimpact of other domestic tea producing province, oil production cost increase.
Through matrix analysis, this paper implement WO and TS strategy for thedevelopment of tea industry in Ganzhou City.the In profits from the domestic area ofHunan, Fujian and Guangxi development of camellia oil industry developmentexperience, thhis paper put forward a series of promotions of developmentcountermeasures for Ganzhou City tea oil industry.
