摘 要
进入 21 世纪以来，科学技术领域获得了前所未有的飞速发展，国家之间综合国力的竞争更多的表现在科学技术水平的比较。而一个国家的科学技术水平不仅表现在该国在科学上取得的成就，还表现在该国公民的科学文化素质上面。当代科学的进步与发展不单单只依靠着科学家和科学工作者的努力，更主要的是依靠普通的社会公众对于科学知识、科学方法的理解和接受，因此科学传播被广泛的重视起来。
本文采用逐步推进的阐述方式，首先以科学传播的发展史为视角，展示了科学传播的发展历程，深入剖析科学传播的四类模型和系统结构，解答了科学、公众与社会之间的平衡关系以及科学传播在现代社会对于科学技术发展和综合国力的提高都有着十分重大的意义。其次深入具体的对科学传播与新闻传播的比较，在新媒体环境下，阐述了科学传播的变化特点以及分析新闻传播较之科学传播所具有的更广泛的传播力和影响力的原因，结合新闻传播在媒介发达的现代社会所具有的优势项目改造科学传播，为科学传播的持续发展确定了基本思路。最后通过新闻传播与科学传播的比较研究，以及在借鉴新闻传播来发展科学传播的基础之上，笔者大胆的提出来科学新闻传播这一创新的学科，并给予其以定义和内容解释，旨在综合科学传播与新闻传播各自优势之所在，集新闻工作者与科学传播工作者之力来更好地培养公众对于事物理性判断思考的能力，以及增加广大公众对于科学信息、科学知识的兴趣爱好，培养科学精神，为我国科学事业的进步发展提供动力。

Abstract
Since the 21st century, won an unprecedented rapid development in science andtechnology, national comprehensive national strength competition more performance inbetween the level of science and technology. And the level of a country's science andtechnology not only in the country's achievements in science, but also on the scientific andcultural qualities of its citizens. Progress and development of contemporary science notonly depend on the efforts of the scientists and scientific workers, mostly rely on commonsocial public understanding of the scientific knowledge, scientific method and accepting,so the science communication widely attention.
This paper adopt the gradual way, first of all, in the perspective of the history ofscience communication, shows the development of science communication, in-depthanalysis the four categories of science communication, model and system structure, solvethe science, the balance between the public and social relations, and sciencecommunication in modern society for science and technology development and theimprovement of comprehensive national strength has extremely significant significance.
Second into concrete for the comparison of science communication and journalism, in thenew media environment, this paper expounds the change characteristics of sciencecommunication, as well as the analysis of science communication, journalism andcommunication than have a wider range of the spread and influence of reason, bycombination of journalism and communication in the medium developed modern societytransforming science communication has the advantage of the project, determine the basictrain of thought for the sustainable development of science communication. Finallythrough the news dissemination and the comparative study of science communication, aswell as the news spread in reference to the development of science communication, theauthor boldly put forward science news spread the innovation subject, and gives itsdefinition and content with explanation, comprehensive science communication andjournalism to their respective advantages, journalists and the force of sciencecommunication workers to better cultivate public rational judgment, the ability to thinkabout things, and increase the general public for scientific information, the interests ofscientific knowledge, cultivate the spirit of science, for our country to the development ofscience.
