我国央企社会责任履行成果研究

  摘要

  随着企业对经济、环境等社会生活各方面的影响日益深远,企业在发展过程担负的社会责任也愈加重大,政府、社会组织、媒体对企业社会责任问题也更加关注和重视,特别是最近几年,产品安全、环境污染、劳工保障等问题的频繁曝光,企业社会责任己成为大众关注的焦点问题,企业社会责任也关乎到企业自身的品牌声誉和长久发展。而中央企业作为国民经济的支柱和企业引领者,毋庸置疑要承担比一般企业更重大的社会责任,中央企业社会责任问题因此也成为核心焦点,中央企业社会责任研宄有着举足轻重的意义。

  本文基于中央企业社会责任的特殊意义与内涵,采用了文献研究、定性和定量结合、案例分析的研宄方法,从社会责任信息披露(包含CSR报告发布与信息质量两大评价指标)与社会责任履行实践(包含慈善捐赠、环保节能、消费者责任履行、企业员工责任履行、社会责任管理体系五大评价指标)两大维度,对中央企业社会责任履行现状进行深刻全面分析,总结评价中央企业社会责任履行过程中的成果与不足,并根据对中央企业社会责任未来趋势的判断,进一步提出发展政策建议。

  本文分为以下七个部分:

  第一部分:绪论。阐述了中央企业社会责任研宄背景和意义、研宄内容和方法,对目前中央企业社会责任相关研究文献进行综述,为下文研宄作理论铺垫。

  第二部分:社会责任理论综述。论述了社会责任概念的提出与发展,采用文献研宄方法论述了古今中外企业社会责任的发展历史与动态,对社会责任有系统的认知,详实论述了社会责任相关理论,为研宂中央企业社会责任找到理论支撑。

  第三部分:中央企业社会责任的特殊意义与内涵。通过与一般企业的比较分析,阐述了中央企业社会责任意义与内涵的特殊性,并具体阐述了本文对中央企业社会责任内涵的界定和评价体系。

  第四部分:中央企业社会责任现状分析。依据本文提出的评价体系七大指标,对中央企业社会责任整体履行现状进行全面深刻分析,探讨中央企业社会责任履行取得成果和不足,并针对从中发现的问题提出相关建议。

  第五部分:国家电网的案例分析。以国家电网为案例分析对象,依据评价体系七大指标,对国家电网社会责任履行现状进行分析,总结其社会责任履行过程中的成果与不足,并提出相应发展建议。

  第六部分:中央企业社会责任趋势和建议。根据本文的研究分析,判断中央企业社会责任未来发展趋势,并提出相应政策建议。

  第七部分:结论与展望。

  Abstract

  With its increasingly far-reaching impact on all aspects of economic, environmentaland other social life, enterprises are taking more and more social responsibility in thedevelopment process, government, community organizations and the media also paysmore concern and attentionon on the issue of corporate social responsibility, especially inthe last few years, product safety, environmental pollution, labor protection and otherissues are frequently exposured, corporate social responsibility has become the focus ofpublic concern, corporate social responsibility also relates to the company's own brandreputation and long-term development. As the central pillar of the national economy andthe business leader, center corporates no doubt take more significant social responsibilitythan the average corporate, therefore, the study of center corporate social responsibilityhas a pivotal significance.

  Based on a special significance and meaning of the central corporate socialresponsibility, using the literature research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, caseanalysis research methods, from the two aspects of social responsibility informationdisclosure (including social responsibility report and information quality evaluationindex) and social responsibility fulfillment practices (including charitable donations,green energy,consumers assumed responsibility, employees assumed responsibility,social responsibility management system evaluation index) to get profound andcomprehensive analysis of the current situation of center corporates, summarize theoutcomes and shortcomings in the corporate social responsibility fulfillmentprocess,,and according to the judgements of the future trends of central corporate socialresponsibility, give advices and policy recommendations for the further development.

  This paper is divided into seven sections:

  Part I: Introduction. Describes the research background,significance, content andmethods of central corporate social responsibility, summarizes the research literature ofcentral corporate social responsibility, supplies theoretical groundwork for the studybelow.

  Part II: Summary of social responsibility theory. Discusses the development of theconcept of social responsibility, gets systematic cognition of the historical process ofsocial responsibility, summarizes the related theories of social responsibility, to findtheoretical support for the study of central corporate social responsibility.

  Part III: Special significance and meaning of the central corporate socialresponsibility. By comparing with the general business,describes the particularity of themeaning and connotation of central corporate social responsibility.

  Part IV: Analysis of the current situation of central corporate social responsibility.

  According to the evaluation system of the seven indicators in this article, gets acomprehensive and profound analysis of the current situation of central corporate socialresponsibility as a whole, discuss the achievements and shortcomings of center corporatesocial responsibility, and gives suggestions according to the problems found.

  Part V: Case analysis of the statel grid. According to the evaluation system of theseven indicators of this thesis, analyzes the current situation of social responsibility ofthe state grid, discusses the achievements and shortcomings, and proposes appropriatedevelopment proposals.

  Part VI: Central corporate social responsibility trends and recommendations.

  According the above analysisvof this research, gives the judgements of the futuretendency and development of the central corporate social responsibility, and proposesappropriate policies and recommendations.

  Part VII: Conclusion and outlook.
