适合高职学生特质的培养模式研究

  摘要

  近年来,虽然我国高等职业教育取得了很大发展,高等职业教育作为我国高等教育大众化的重要主力军,并为社会发展输送了大量的优秀人才,进而在社会主义现代化建设进程中发挥了重要作用。但与此同时,我们应当看到,在高等职业技术教育发展进程中,高职人才培养规格和质量都还远远不能满足社会经济发展对高素质人才的需求,呈现出社会需求与高职教育供给之间的错位。

  社会对于高职教育一直存在着某种偏见,认为干技术活、在生产第一线工作就是低人一等,所以高职院校在很大程度上也成为了考生和家长没有办法的选择。处在我国高等教育系统低端的高职生到的共同特征是什么,他们的能力、性格、爱好等各方面是否适应当前我国高职教育所提出的要求,应该如何根据他们的自身特点采取更为有效的培养方式。为了解决探讨上述问题和更好地解决社会需求与高等职业技术教育供给之间的错位,本文以“四川高职学生特质及培养模式研究”为选题,以特质培养相关理论为基础,从分析企业对高职人才的具体需求出发,试图以四川高职学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查等研究方法,对目前四川高职学生特质及培养的现状和存在的问题进行研究,从而为四川高职院校建立起一套适应企业需求的高职学生培养模式,为进一步完善高职学生特质及培养模式提供参考性的建议和策略。

  本研究论文一共分为五章,第一章为导论部分,主要阐明本次课题的研究背景、研究的目的和意义、研究思路与研究内容、以及研究方法和研究视角等;第二章节为理论介绍和文献综述部分,主要特质培养相关理论知识的概述,以及国内外对特质和培养模式研究的现状等;第三章节以四川高职学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查等方式对四川高职院校与普通高校学生特质进行了比较分析,找出其现存的诸多问题;第四章在前文分析的基础上,提出了四川高职学生特质培养的对策建议,并针对四川高职学生的培养模式,提出一些合理化的建议;第五章为结论部分,对整个论文进行了总结归纳。

  Abstract

  Although higher vocational education has made enormous progresses inrecent years, being the main force of popularization of higher education, it fostersnumbers of senior technicians for economic construction and social developmentand contributes greatly to the overall competitiveness of China. Meanwhile it mustbe ignored that higher vocational college student cannot meet the demand forhigh-quality talents in its quantity and size with the rapid social development.

  During the proceeding of higher vocation and technical education, the gap betweenthe social demand and supply of higher vocational and technical educationpresents.Higher vocational and technical education has been prejudiced for long time.

  Those working as a technician are looked down upon. Higher vocational collegesare reluctant choice for students and their parents. What are the commoncharacteristics for them at the bottom of higher education system. Are theircapabilities, personality and hobbies suitable for requirements of higher vocationeducation? Which training mode should be taken according to their owncharacteristics. For the sake of shortening the gap between the social demand andsupply of higher vocational and technical education, the paper analyzescharacteristics of higher vocational education students in Sichuan province andtraining mode. On the basis of relevant characteristic developing theories and thedemand of enterprises for higher vocational education students, attempting tochose the higher vocational education students in Sichuan province object of study,it discusses the present situations and problems of developing characteristics ofhigher vocational education students in Sichuan province in order to establish thetraining mode that meets the demand of Enterprises. Finally it providesconstructive suggestions and strategies to further improve the training mode.

  The paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 expounds background,purpose and significance of research as well as methodology and researchperspective. Chapter 2 introduces related theories concerning characteristicstraining and literature review along with the present situations at home and abroad.

  Based on higher vocational education students in Sichuan province, chapter 3analyzes the characteristics of them and that of university students so as to locatethe existing problems. According to the former analysis, chapter 4 puts forwardreasonable advice on characteristics developing and training mode. Chapter 5summarizes the paper at large.
